Too expensive I had them check my AC because it wasn’t working properly. Said the checking was 158.00 and Sam explained why so much, so I thought ok, sounds like t I had them check my AC because it wasn’t working properly. Said the checking was 158.00 and Sam explained why so much, so I thought ok, sounds like they check & fix something for that price. Oh no, first my husband was furious I spent that kind of money for an AC check when Goodyear would do it for $10.00! I didn’t know it could be that cheap just to diagnose the problem. Long story short, it needs major things replaced in order to work ...very expensive for a 10 year old car and we had already paid for the AC to be fixed several years before! Sounds like s lemon problem with the crv AC. It’s not like we live Phoenix AZ where you use AC all year round. We live in the Midwest where you only use it a few months a year. It made my decision not to buy another Honda. More
First Visit All went smoothly, starting with the on-line appointment scheduling. Once there, Sam Rios greeted us in a very friendly, professional manner. I asked if a tire rotation could be added to the service, and he made that happen. All service was completed in a timely manner, which is always important. I also want to add that the service area was very clean and organized, unlike so many of the quick oil change places out there. It's good to know the service end of a car sale is valued. More
