We're always greeted in a friendly and courteous manner by the service staff, the waiting area is very comfortable. Oil and tire rotation service is always done in a timely manner and the staff keeps you informed as to the progress and any additional issues that may need attention. The last three visits I've had Sam Rios as my service rep, and as before Sam is friendly,professional, and most importantly, honest in servicing our CR-V. Sam and the rest of the staff at Bill Kay is why I bypass other dealership and repair shops and keep coming back. More
