I bought my 2022 VW Taos from Bill Jacobs VW. The car was in an accident on March 3, 2025, and it is still not repaired due to a part on backorder with no ETA. I've been without this car for almost 4 months now and Bill Jacobs has done NOTHING to assist me with this issue. I've emailed Darren Heath and every other person on their leadership team and they won't even respond to me. VW Corporate just refers me to the dealer. The body shop and the insurance company has never seen anything like this, especially with the lack of communication or empathy by the dealer and manufacturer. I own two VWs but now when I'm stuck in this limbo, the dealership just ignores me. I actually had to buy another car because we needed a car - and the ironic thing is if Bill Jacobs VW had cared at all about this issue, I was likely buying a Taos or Tiguan from them for my middle daughter who is now driving. For their GM to not even have the decency to respond to an email from a customer is quite telling. More
