Third time terrible service. Scheduled service approximately 4 days in advance. Dropped off at scheduled time. Took 2 days before car was entered the shop for diagnosis. I made an appt. with the Service department a week in advance. Dropped the vehicle off and it took 2 days for them to even look at the issue. Technician lied to my wife that we needed new air filters, cabin and engine. He told her that one was black and one had been chewed on by mice. There is no way either condition is true. There is no evidence of mice, and the air filters were replaced by this dealership during the pre-owned certification in December '23. This is unacceptable. This Technician clearly took advantage of a female. This is not what I'd expect from Bill Hood. More
