I made an appointment four days in advance and was told after I got there that my car would not be seen that day. I cannot leave my car overnight and was told that if I left and brought it back it wouldn’t after I got there that my car would not be seen that day. While looking at the vehicle for the final walk-through, I noticed the problem I informed the salesman of it. He assured me he get it fixed. I picked up my car the next day I left to go out of town for a week when I came back got in the car started drove as I’m going down the interstate. I see the part flapping up in the wind. I stopped to fix it and I noticed I cannot lower the tailgate. I called the dealership too much. I was told that I bought the car as is I paid $30,000 for the car I think that deserves at least Being a man of your words and fixing what I had seen. I ended up taking it to the Nissan dealership, they fix it for nothing and was glad to meet me as a new potential client. What made it worse was the salesman felt it was wrong as well or so he said, but wouldn’t stand up to his boss. This is slimy used car sales technique. I will not be going back to the Chevrolet. More
