Mark Johnston was my service writer. My wife and I travel full time in our RV so we need to have our services scheduled and completed fairly quick. Mark got us set up and scheduled to drop off our 3500 HD diesel on Wednesday. We had a couple of electronic issues that needed to be taken care of. Mark explained the steps that would be taken to complete the service. We had a extended warranty on the electronics, Mark handled all the warranty work. Additionally, Mark kept us up to date on the progress. We knew exactly what stage of the repairs the truck was in. All in all this was the most excellent service we have had with any dealer service department. Mark went above and beyond to make sure all work was completed in a timely manner for us to be able to get back on the road. A big thank you to Mark and the diesel techs. More

On a trip from Nashville to Houston, our wipers quit. Talked to Mark in service. He said first thing in the morning. We took the car in when he said, He had us on our way in less than 2 hours.
