I brought my truck in to get an issue diagnosed, and eventually fixed. My only disappointment was it took 4 days to diagnose the issue. When I got the report back on my car it show that I needed my oil changed. But it also said that we declined it. This was not true. They never mentioned it to me. We knew it was in need of an oil chang needed my oil changed. But it also said that we declined it. This was not true. They never mentioned it to me.
