The service from the advisor Larry was not professional. The communication was very poor. The Service done to my 2023 Corvette z06 was not resolved. They ignored a leak in my transmission. The service manager was rude and had no customer service experience. This service department from this dealership, literally put me in a bad situation with my vehicle and had to get the service an additional time from another dealershipI alsohad to pay another additional service fee. I would not recommend this dealership. I hope no one gets taken advantage of like I did. More

I recently traded in my Chevy Colorado and bought a Chevy Equinox, and the whole experience was honestly one of the best I've had at a dealership. My salesperson Mr. Bill Chaucer was down to earth, easy to talk to, and never once made me feel pressured. What stood out most to me was the transparency and honesty throughout the process. Everything from the trade in value to the financing options was explained clearly by Mr. K. Jones, with no hidden surprises. It genuinely felt like they wanted to help, not just make a sale. The trade in process was smooth, I got a fair deal, and driving away in my new Equinox felt great.
