My only recommendation is that when used vehicles are posted on the internet, it would be nice to have the details of any blemishes available. I understand that it is important for the salesman to establish personal contact and providing information on dents/dings/scratches, etc. might reduce the chances of initial contact. If that is indeed a concern, then perhaps having that information available after a prospective customer makes initial contact would be a good compromise. In my case, it was difficult to fully evaluate the condition of the vehicle by the pictures posted. More
