We told them we were driving an hour and a half to come see them left Monday morning early and was on our way to the dealership when 10 minutes before we arrive there they called and said they had sold the truck. I wouldn't do business with anyone like this ever. They obviously don't value peoples time or money. More

Service appts are an issue. They don’t schedule properly or something ?? My appt this week was at 1pm. My vehicle wasn’t taken in for work until after 2:20pm!! When scheduling They don’t schedule properly or something ?? My appt this week was at 1pm. My vehicle wasn’t taken in for work until after 2:20pm!! When scheduling my appt I was told two hours so I even allowed an extra 30 mins in my schedule. They didn’t have enough time to do a recall software update because they took my vehicle too late and I didn’t need to leave until 3:30p. This is the second time service appt has been not timely. So now I have to return again for the software update - not good customer service!! So they do not get good rating for service dept - we like our sales rep therefore the 3 stars. Otherwise a 2. More
This was the worst experience I’ve had in 30 years of buying cars. The truck I had my heart set on wasn’t ready as I was told it would be when I arrived and wouldn’t be ready for a few days. I had alread buying cars. The truck I had my heart set on wasn’t ready as I was told it would be when I arrived and wouldn’t be ready for a few days. I had already canceled an appointment with another dealership because I was told this truck was ready. I felt pressured to buy something they had when instead I should have just walked away. I got an okay deal on the truck I ended up with, it was a demo with a little more than 5,000 miles. But, after I got home the following day I gave it a thorough inspection and much to my chagrin I found that the bed of the truck had several scratches, rust and some of the scratches were so bad the bare metal was showing. I informed the dealership of this and said I wanted to exchange it for the truck I originally wanted, or them to paint the truck bed to fix the rust. I was given a hard time about this and finally after about 9 hours of waiting I was told they would “take care of it” It is a nice truck, don’t get me wrong. I should be happy with it, but every time a look at it I think of my poor experience, I look at it with regret and disdain. I feel as though the dealership did not listen at all. The only thing they cared about was selling something. I get sick to my stomach and my anxiety spikes every time I look at it, drive it or think about it. I am already looking into getting rid of this truck. I am going to trade it in as soon as possible even though I am upside down on it. I will definitely not be doing business with Bill Dodge again and for those that consider doing business here I suggest you really tread carefully. More

July 18, I sent a request inquiring if a vehicle was available via their website. On the 19th a lady contacted me back through email telling me it is still available and asked me if I would like to set available via their website. On the 19th a lady contacted me back through email telling me it is still available and asked me if I would like to set an appointment to look at it. I was so excited I couldn’t even respond via email so I called her right away! I told her I had to be at work in 3 1/2hrs and asked if I could put a deposit. She said they don’t take deposits on used vehicles. (Kinda strange) I instantly dropped everything I was doing to look at it. I told her I would be there in 45min. 10min before my appt I received a text reminding me of my appt to which I responded. I would be early. She advised me to see the sales manager, he would direct me further. When I entered the parking lot the vehicle was running out front. I walked in, when the salesman manager sitting in his chair waved me over to Ken Sweet. Ken was very sweet gentlemen indeed. He took excellent care of me, treated me with respect, patience, and kindness. I took the vehicle for spin and decided I had to have it. It was exactly what I was looking for. I offered a price. Ken took it to his manager, and the manager agreed on it. Ken came back, shook my hand, congratulated me, and told me an exact number with purchase price title and taxes included. I got in the vehicle, drove to my bank to get a check. As I was entering the bank, I got a call from Ryan, the sales manager telling me I couldn’t have the vehicle. I needed to bring it back. Someone else had a deposit on it and they were coming after they get out of work to purchase it!! I was astonished!!!!! I had spoken to many different people in many different departments. None of which mentioned this. In fact, the lady I spoke to told me they don’t take deposits. So here I am 3hrs until I have to work. I dropped everything to rush down there so that I wouldn’t miss out on. It agreed upon a price. I’m at the bank getting the check in the vehicle and I am being told to bring it back, I told Ryan that is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. He didn’t seem to care at all. Just told me too bad. It’s already been sold to someone else. I said how could that be I’m here now. I didn’t wait until I got out of work, I rushed over, I’m at the bank getting a check now. Where is that other person? by the time I got back to the car dealership, I was in tears feeling so defeated. Ken was so nice. He really is sweet. He tried his hardest to comfort me and be very patient throughout the entire thing. I can’t imagine it was easy for him. On one side he has a crying lady at his desk, who Shook his hand on a deal and the other side is his xxxxxxx manager. Eventually Ken told Ryan that I had first right to refusal to which his manager apparently agreed and I got to have the Vehicle. I went back to the bank and got The check and purchased the vehicle. I had to leave my other car there overnight. So I could have somebody to follow me home. The next day I arrived, spoke with the Financial guy to sign more paperwork and left in both my vehicles. The entire process was not fun like it should’ve been. I know how it felt being told, I could no longer have the car and I felt so awful thinking someone else is feeling that way right now, and it is in part to me getting the car. That manager, Ryan is a complete unprofessional jerk not only did he pull that entire stunt with me. He also never once came over and spoke to me himself, complete coward of a manager. Both days I was there he never got out of his little chair from his bullpen to apologize or explain anything to me. I understand sales managers have to be tough because their ultimate job is to make sales persons reach quotas, but that guy is an absolute jerk. He ruined the entire experience for me, and couldn’t even be bothered to get up from his chair to apologize once !! I still think about the person who missed out on it. I hope they went elsewhere.
