My 2015 Ford Fusion car stopped running. Saturday night, November 12,2022. I had to contact a toll truck. It was tolled to Bill Collins Ford, Bardstown Rd.. I called Repair Dept, Monday Saturday night, November 12,2022. I had to contact a toll truck. It was tolled to Bill Collins Ford, Bardstown Rd.. I called Repair Dept, Monday morning as to why I had my car rolled there. I was told it would be the middle of the week before they would even look at it because they were so backed up. It was not till November 23, 2022 that I received a call stating it was the fuel pump broke. Really on a 2015. I didn't get my car back till December 6th 2022. I was on easy care which only gave me 6 days rental at $30.00 a day. I'm sure that amount of time would Indicate that my car should be fixed by then. I had to pay 20 days for a rental car at $38. 6 day were at $30.. 14 days at $38.00 +6 days $8.00 . Total $656.60 rental cost. Plus easy care deductible. I'm on social security, so that was a great deal of a monthly income. I have had multiple battery issues and other parts of issues with the same vehicle I just had a seventh battery put in this car due to something draining the batteries that your people cannot find the reason why. Due to the fact you do not have enough people to work for you nor the parts at your location to have a vehicle repaired so we as a consumer are at your mercy . what a way to run a business. I will never buy another car there nor will my family who has purchased multiple cars from that location. I Certainly have conveyed this expense and how long it took for my Repair to multiple people. My wife purchased a new car here with a few options that were important to her, one of which was built in navigation. We specifically asked the salesman if this vehicle had navigation, to which he replied i were important to her, one of which was built in navigation. We specifically asked the salesman if this vehicle had navigation, to which he replied it did. I know it’s our responsibility to check the spec sheet but I’d also expect their salespeople to be trained to answer questions about the vehicles they sell. A few days after purchasing the vehicle and having some time to figure things out we realized it did not have built in navigation. We did discover that it will link to Apple CarPlay but this is not what my wife was referring to. I called the dealership and spoke to a manager, Evan, I believe, and explained everything and asked if there was anything they could do to possibly add navigation. He said he would talk to the owner the next morning and call me back. He didn’t. Typical dealership, once you sign on the line they could care less about their customers. More

I went in for new tires but the service desk guys were so personable and professional, I asked for an oil change and maintenance my car so I would feel confident on my long trip south. I’m very pleased with Bill Collins service center and will have my car serviced there when I’m in town. The price was less than the other 3 quotes on tires, alignment & oil change More
