Oil leak I took my truck in for service. Told them I thought it needed valve cover casket since I was getting blueish smoke on start up and oil on plugs the la I took my truck in for service. Told them I thought it needed valve cover casket since I was getting blueish smoke on start up and oil on plugs the last time they were changed. They diagnosed for 90 dollars said could not find anything wrong. I took my truck home pulled 4 spark plugs out and had oil on 2 of them. Needless to say I will not bring my truck to this dealer again. More

My service rep Wayne went beyond the call of duty! When I arrived Wayne was very pleasant and got me taken care of and helped me get a loaner car. Upon returning he quickly checked me out and sent me to the cashier. I was told my car would be arriving soon. Well soon turned into 20 minutes and numerous calls to the car porter. I went back into the cashier to ask what the problem was , she said the car porter was MIA, but someone else had gotten my key and was getting my car. Well to my surprise it was Wayne now I call that full customer service. Way to go Wayne!! Also one other issue when I returned the car to Enterprise inside the dealership she said from now on do not exceed the 24 hour period. Well I could not bring it back until they called to let me know the car was ready. I felt that was a ridiculous statement by Enterprise!! More

My service rep, goes above and beyond. I've been a long time service customer of Bill Collins, starting with a Lincoln and continuing today with a Ford Super Duty. With all dealer service c I've been a long time service customer of Bill Collins, starting with a Lincoln and continuing today with a Ford Super Duty. With all dealer service centers, the service rep is the start and finish of a customer's experience. When I come in to Bill Collins I am greeted promptly and given quick attention to my visit. They have always been able to diagnose and service every vehicle I've brought in quickly, and my service rep, Chris Fingar, brings that information to me in a very professional way. Bill Collins operates as a service center, not a service sales center like many other dealerships, and that is much appreciated. I'm not looking for an up-charge or to get a new car when I come in for service, and Chris and the team are courteous of that, getting the item/service taken care of without the additional "tactics". I currently utilize a Ford Service Contract on my new vehicle, which has been a breeze, and I don't feel like I am being treated any different than when I was a cash customer. That is much appreciated. If I had to give one critique it would be that they do not necessarily have loaner cars. There are times when a loaner is given, and there is a shuttle service, but when I come in for routine maintenance I am required to rent a car from Enterprise if I need something to get around town. Enterprise has an office right inside the service lane, and that is convenient, but it would be nice to simply have a loaner car available for me to run a couple errands while I wait. I'm sure their choice of how they operate this is based on past customer abuse, and that is unfortunate, but stinks it affects everyone. Overall, Bill Collins Service has always provided trustworthy service and advice, and gives me confidence when I leave that my issue is resolved. I am an OEM kind of guy, I give a lot of credit to having OEM parts replaced on my vehicles, and I'm very satisfied with the service and professionalism Bill Collins provides in meeting my expectations. More

Very helpful and accommodating! The service department was very helpful and accommodating. The issue had been a small issue where a sensor was incorrectly connected at the factory. The dealership took my appointment on short notice, helped to get me an on-site rental car (at no charge), kept me informed of the progress, explained the underlying issues and returned my car in less than a day!
