Fixing water leak Tyler and Hoyt were great to me during this water leak experience. They thougt the problem was fixed, even changed the carpet, but unfortunately it w Tyler and Hoyt were great to me during this water leak experience. They thougt the problem was fixed, even changed the carpet, but unfortunately it wasn't fixed. I had to take it back and once again for several days. When I went to pick it up first thing I noticed was Tyler had them detail it and it looked beautiful! When I went to get in my car I told him it smelled like flowers, he said it was Jasmine. Several days later I realized why they sprayed the floral scent, my car smells horrible!!! Not sure if it's the old water/mold or the product used to fix my car but it's horrible! The smell hurts my head so I haven't driven it any more than I've absolutely had to, sad because I love my car. I appreciate everything the did to try to keep me happy, but my car will never be the same. With 32,000 miles on it, it should smell new not disgusting. My car shouldn't have had a leak to begin with, much less two different ones. Once again I know they tried to take care of me, but I'm heartbroken over the horrible smell!!!!! More
