Not even first payment and car in shop. Traded in Brand new Nissan only 2800 miles due to rods in neck and back and car low. What a mistake was baited right into a 🍋. I am very up Traded in Brand new Nissan only 2800 miles due to rods in neck and back and car low. What a mistake was baited right into a 🍋. I am very up set with you all I have been dealing with you all for about 3 yrs always get a brand new nice car never miss payment, at the end of yr. The most is 3000 miles. The last was an Altima 2800 I have Rod in neck and Back so wanted something higher so I don’t have to bend also hearing impaired wanted new because I can’t hear and wanted warranty as I would feel secure as I have no family here. I seen a bunch of Jeeps acrossed street. Stopped and wanted same payment as ultimate. Bill said he didn’t have any but new would be coming in, and he would give me a call or text when one came in to fit my criteria. A couple of months later Keith sent me a message saying jeeps were in, I ask in my budget I was told to come in. I feel as if I was baited and ended up not getting a Jeep but a four wheel drive lemon Ford eco sport, they don’t even make anymore. When I test drove they had auto stop disable through out purchase I got up and was going to walk out as payment was higher, they told me no payment for three months promised a key, and 2 free oil changes. Apond driving 2 blocks to my house it kept hesitating, when I took title over Monday mentioned it to them they said I need to disable in which I had already read over weekend, and already had diasabled I have drove the car less than 300 miles. And already had to fill up twice. Apond giving my title I made them at least give me one of the oil changes they promised still never received the other key. On sales they said it only had 1200 miles they lied as it had 1300 miles when I registered Apond taking it to shop I drove with mechanic and showed him how this car hesitated at one point they said they were going to drive my friend and I were I. Th parking lot car wasn’t moved. But when mechanic drove with me he told me if I had heater and all the belles and whistles running it would be less power. This is very wrong to treat a good honest customer and this needs to be fixed as this is not exceptable. Especially when only 2300 on new Altima I hope we can address this problem. More
Scotty Johnson is a snake in the grass as a salesman . I made a deal to have an extended warranty as a part of our supposedly deal so stupid me signed the sales purchase paperwork without reading everything made a deal to have an extended warranty as a part of our supposedly deal so stupid me signed the sales purchase paperwork without reading everything and low and behold when I received my paperwork in the mail Scotty the little weasel ripped me off by adding the warranty to my loan . Lesson learned , don’t trust the little weasel . More
Horrible!!! My wife got a flat tire - in mid August (95 degree day) in West Huntington. I was out of town, but it turns out that wouldn't have mattered. A friend My wife got a flat tire - in mid August (95 degree day) in West Huntington. I was out of town, but it turns out that wouldn't have mattered. A friend came to help her - but after a bit he discovered a LOCKED lugnut!! About two hours in, she had to call Bill Cole. They said it was an "anti" theft nut - and said they will "try" to call service. TWO hours later a wrecker shows up -guy takes a look and says he can't put the donut on either (ARE you kidding ME!!!!). Now over four hours in this ordeal - 95 degree heat BTW - he says he can tow it to Bill Cole on RT 60. My wife is a grocery delivery driver and has missed several trips and tons of money/tips by now - but the story doesn't end here! After 5 hours, and them CHARGING US for a tire - she was finally able to come home. Exhausted, sweaty, lost wages, etc., etc. These peolpe are CROOKS!!!!!!!!!! More

Poor customer service I requested an appointment with the Bill Cole Nissan Dealer in Ashland KY to have routine maintenance performed on my vehicle and my brakes repaired s I requested an appointment with the Bill Cole Nissan Dealer in Ashland KY to have routine maintenance performed on my vehicle and my brakes repaired since they squeal when used. I called the dealer directly and spoke with a customer service representative and asked since the service department closes at 2pm and my appointment was at 1:30pm whether they would actually perform the repairs to my brakes that day or whether they intended to look at my brakes and make me come back later to have them repaired. The representative said they would do the work. I told her I did not want to make the 100 mile round trip from my home to the dealer if the work couldn't be performed the same day. I would have been happy to reschedule the appointment on a day and time when the work could have been completed in one trip so I wouldn't have to drive out there again. Today I arrived at the dealer and after turning my car over to the service personnel and waiting a half h our Nick Turley comes out and informs me that my car needs tires, brake pads and possibly rotors since there is rust on the rotors. Unfortunately the service department is going to close and they do not have enough time to do the work. Turns out I spoke to the customer service rep and she assured me the service department would do the work. I informed Nick of the conversation I had. Nick told me they had to order parts to replace the brake pads and rotors. Again, this was covered in the conversation I had over the phone and coincidently the only reason I made the drive to the dealership in the first place was by the assurance the work would be performed right then and there. I repeated myself to Nick and he informed me they could do the work if they had the parts. I told him to talk to the customer service rep since I was told the work was going to be done and that assurance of the work being done was the only reason I drove out there. Nick told me the customer service people had no way to know the parts had to be ordered. Except they did. The person I spoke to on the phone could have put me on hold and contacted the service department and asked a question or two. She could have walked over to them. She could have sent a e-mail. She could have asked others to do any of the above. The only work that actually got done to my car was a oil change. I passed by many places I could have gotten an oil change done at that were much closer to my home. This was a wasted trip and one I had taken steps to ensure would not have happened if I had not been lied to. The people at the Bill Cole Nissan dealership have a lot to learn about how to treat current customers. We don't have to spend our money at the dealership to get repairs done. We could go anywhere and have the work done. We choose the dealership because we expect professional service to be done correctly on time the first time. We don't expect to be lied to. Yet I was. More
