They yanked me back and forth misinforming me over everything, saying my warranty covered me and a loaner car then once I went to go pick up the car saying I was covered under nothing. They tried to blame me for the mistake of not fixing my car properly the first time which is why I had to take it again. They like to waste time and had my car sitting on the lot for almost two days before they even made a move to diagnose the issue. They are inconsiderate and only look for dollar signs. Instead of trying to help us they tried to sell my mom a car! I would never go back for service let alone to buy a car! Don't waste your money or your time here! More

Sent a note online to set up a time Looked for a used vehicle online for several hours over several days. Found one at Bill Buck, Venice. Day 1. Sent a note online to set up a time to look at it. Also indicated that I was trading a 2013 LTZ Tahoe. Day 3. AM Received a call to set up an appointment. I set it up for the same day. Was told it was on their "North" lot but was a block or so away and could be available to see within an hour. I said i might be able to get there by noon but probably not until 4PM so my wife could come with me. I called back to confirm 4PM. We arrived 4 PM. Was greeted pleasantly by a female person at the front desk. Told them why i was there and they said they had to find a salesperson to work with us. Meanwhile, they could not find the vehicle. 15 minutes later... found it in the service area on a lift w/ no wheels. Wife and I decided to look on the lot to see what else might fit our needs. Waited for sales person... no show. Decided to walk to the lot w/o sales person & started to rain hard. Waited another 10 minutes but rain didn't let up so we left. Day 7. Received a call to set up an appointment to see truck if still interested. Asked if it was sold... NO. Set it up for next day 9 AM. Day 8. Called them at 9:15 apologizing but would be there 9:45... no problem. No one said vehicle was sold. Arrived 9:45. Was met by "Frank" (if that was his name... read on). Seemed friendly but couldn't find the vehicle that I made an appointment to see. Sent me to see a sales person. Took my name and phone number... again (third time and was on file). "Frank" came to the salesperson's office - told us the vehicle was sold the day before. My wife asked (kindly) "why didn't you tell us before we came here?" "Frank" ignored her comment and said "I have a new one that I can talk to you about." I said I didn't want a new one & began to walk away. "Frank" said "don't go away mad, let me sell you a new one." I said that I didn't want a new one and wouldn't buy one here because of the "incompetence." "Frank" quickly, in a challenging tone said "What do you mean incompetence?" I walked back and began telling him the whole story. He said the reason the vehicle was on the lift previously that it was undergoing service. I said if i had an appointment to see it, why was it being serviced" He said in a condescending tone that all vehicles get serviced. By that time I told him that I didn't need excuses and that they should have coordinated service around an appointment to see it. He said i shouldn't be upset (throughout this experience, I was disappointed but not yelling or talking rough... just matter of fact tone) and that I should let him sell me a new one. I walked away and again he said "you're mad." I kept walking then he said "yep, you're mad." I turned, walked back and asked him for his name. He said "Frank." I said that I wanted his business card. He said "I'm out, don't have one." I asked again and he said he didn't have one. I said write your name on another card... he said "I'm not going to because you're mad"... then he said "If you want to talk to my boss, he's right there" (pointing to a gentleman sitting behind a half wall with two other gentlemen sitting beside him). My wife said "why don't you talk to his boss?" I said that likely, that person was not his boss and his name probably was not "Frank" (he wouldn't give his last name either). I've been in the customer service / sales business for 30 years and have never been antagonized by a "salesperson" and treated so disrespectfully like I was with "Frank." My wife doesn't get upset easily and tries to look at the good side of everyone. She couldn't stop talking about "Frank" (in disbelief) all the way home. More
False advertisement I made an appointment to see a truck the day before, and then I called them a hour before the appointment to confirm that they had the truck. I drove a hour to find out that the truck was sold. A lady said that "the truck was sold yesterday". When I told to the manager why I wasn't informed he answered rudely. He said that the truck was sold just before we arrived but I heard that it was sold the day before. They just had 3 overpriced Chevy Colorado in the lot but they had way more posted online. Everything I showed them from the web site was sold. Very messed up. If you see something in their website, and you call to confirm that it is there, and then you drive there and they don't have it, "you are not alone!". You are advised. More

They don't try to sell me things I don't need and do their best to get me what I need for the price I need it. It's hard to find honest salesmen and I'm always skeptical going in, but always very satisfied coming out. They do honest business here! More

Waranty Service for my Silverado Truck Brian was excellent at customer service, communications and has establishing with us, a person we can trust. He also is the reason I return to Bill Bucks Chevrolet for service of my Silverado Truck and my wife's Equinox. Building trust and building a relationship with the service department is very important to us when we decide who we buy from and where we take our vehicles for service. Both my wife and I have had continued great service from Brian and we will continue to ask for him whenever we return for service again. Brian kept us very informed and he went above and beyond to point out any issues, as well as proper functionality of controls with my AC. Brian is indeed an asset to Bill Bucks and we hope that others there can learn by his example. More
