Bryan Malave completed what I asked to be done. He did try to upsell me but when I said no, he didn't keep pushing which I appreciated. It's easy to schedule service. Nice and courteous employees. Service was competed with a report on other recommendations, which was appreciated. However, I had an appointment and waited 3.5 hours for an oil Service was competed with a report on other recommendations, which was appreciated. However, I had an appointment and waited 3.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Nobody informed me they were running this far behind when I first arrived. Nor did anyone update me or inform me during the wait of the time factor. No apologies were made. More
