I took my car in for an oil change and was offered a complimentary car wash! The service was estimated at 2 hours and they had me out in less than an hour. Service department claims that our car does not have an issue when the mechanic shop that we take out car to recorded a video of the issue. Service department refuses to fix the issue even though that issu issue when the mechanic shop that we take out car to recorded a video of the issue. Went in for an oil change, tire rotation and inflation plus recall. I received the vehicle back with tires still under inflated, oil light was not reset and greasy finger marks on my backseat.
