Car spent 5 work days at dealership. I called daily for a status. My phone calls were NEVER returned. I just wanted an update. Additionally I was without a car and this dealership has no loaner car program. I had to rent a car because I had no idea how long my car would be in the shop (because I never got a callback). I'm happy to hear that Kaleb Caldwell has been promoted to Manager. I will miss him as my advisor but an glad that he is still available to handle any issues I may have.
