Phenomenal Service, but after some research, the cost of the services were so high that I cannot trust this dealership and will never return for anything other than recalls. I was really disappointed when I the services were so high that I cannot trust this dealership and will never return for anything other than recalls. I was really disappointed when I looked on the internet and inquired with other shops/mechanics about how much some of these services should cost. Big Star Hyundai was always at the top of the range or even well above the ranges I was given in a few cases. Every interaction I had with a person was really great. Juan was incredibly helpful and nice, as was everyone else I talked with. I am honestly really disappointed because I could imagine using Big Star Hyundai for all my future services/car purchases, but I, unfortunately, feel like I cannot trust the dealership's pricing. I'll give one specific example. One of the items on my list of suggested services/repairs was to replace the interior cabin air filter and the cost proposed was $75. During my inspection two years ago, the shop I was at threw that in for free, but maximum I've never paid more than about $40. It only takes a minute or two to replace. More
