Avoid the headache. My 2021 Cadillac was in the service department less than a week after having it due to recurrent issues, primarily with it dying unexpectedly. Despite my efforts to resolve this matter, including multiple attempts to reach out to Sam Caldwell, I have yet to receive a callback. However, I did finally get in touch with Brett. Unfortunately, I was told that they couldn’t accommodate a loaner vehicle while ours is in the shop. I am now looking at taking it to a dealership I trust more to have the repairs done. My wife dropped the vehicle off but was later told they cant recreate the issue. Being left without a vehicle I desperately need has been quite challenging, and the lack of communication and support from the team at Big Star Hyundai has only added to the frustration. More

My vehicle has been there since May 9, 2024. Customer service is awful. I haven't received any calls as far as the status of my vehicle. They have tried to get me to pick my car up without finishing the repairs. To bring it back when it's convenient for me. I just want my car repaired and they will never see me again. I've had to escalate this to Hyundai corporation. The management at this dealership need to be replaced with people that care about it's customers. More
Very long process! Difficult to finally get them to reveal interest rate they were using. Wanted to leave multiple times because wait time was unreasonable. Process seemed too difficult compared to other dealerships. Mandatory protection package was weird . I ended up buying after much negotiation to basically finally get advertised price. It was a miserable experience, but I like the truck and Moe was helpful. More

Salespeople used deceptive trade practices on multiple occasions, financing was unprofessional and most certainly dishonest, and the post sales communication has been absolutely nonexistent. I was at the dealership for almost 5 hours to buy a used car. In that time the porters lost one of the keys, they forgot to put gas in it and I was provided zero paperwork at the time of my leaving the dealership. It has been over 3 weeks and I still haven't received license plates or the inspection/registration sticker - and I have to call multiple times in order to get someone to respond to me. I emailed both Chris and Gabriel about my issues and neither chose to reply. I have purchased many cars in my life and this was by far the worst experience I've ever had. More
