Didn't hear from anyone until the following week, and that's because I drove up there. Called on different occasions but couldn't get anyone. Out of the 4 things only 3 got fixed and it took 3 weeks. At one point, I mentioned that it would be nice to have a few thousand more on our trade-in. (the previous dealership had offered more even though we were interested in a lesser value pre-owned truck) Tori commented that our truck, a 2014 F150, would be sent to the scrapyard because it was so old. I knew better than that. You give that answer to someone with a $1000 trade-in vehicle, not a $14K trade-in. I just looked at my husband and laughed to myself. That's what good wives do, right? LOL Trucks are in demand. There just aren't that many available right now. We'd found the one we wanted. We took their price and their offer. We're old. We don't have time that stuff anymore. We were satisfied. All in all, it wasn't a bad transaction. Tori was able to get the truck detailed immediately and so we could drive it off the lot within the hour. More
