Big Star Ford

I purchased a used truck (7200 miles) from Big Star Ford. The vehicle was advertised to be in perfect condition so I bought it sight unseen. When I picked the truck up it had various issues such as scratched The vehicle was advertised to be in perfect condition so I bought it sight unseen. When I picked the truck up it had various issues such as scratched on the inside and out, the door handle wouldn't open the rear door, broken rear window and the alignment was way off (Really concerning a truck with 7200 miles would have all these issues). When I informed them of my issues the sales rep John and his manager Juan would not return my phone calls or text. I finally got ahold of a General Sales Manager who was slightly helpful Tim. I was concerned with this vehicles past and informed Tim of that, he said they had an identical truck on the lot with similar miles I could come look at swapping it out for. I drove 2 hours down there just to be told that the truck I was supposed to look at sold, and they didn't have anything else of comparable value. My only option now was to get the one I have fixed. They tried to fix my truck but only the glass was fixed and told me to bring it back. As stated above I live 2 hours away from this dealer and it would be my third trip back to have a "perfect" truck fixed. I tried to just get them to take it back but they wouldn't. So all in all I would NEVER use this dealership or refer anybody to them, there is zero customer service and they don't treat people right. Also they try to sneak a $2000 dollar charge on you when purchasing you vehicle for some "security device". Its just a scam to add cost and not one person ever told me what this device is or what it does but its "required". More
