It's about the customer service or lack of at this dealership. Once I bought the truck all the agreements/follow ups didn't happen and I actually had to go in to the dealership to handle. They lied ab dealership. Once I bought the truck all the agreements/follow ups didn't happen and I actually had to go in to the dealership to handle. They lied about the truck's history and failed to call me back when I escalated on options to return the truck. I can send the conversation of the back and forth with Tommy le and Jose Santillan via email. In general I wanted a supercharger installed as part of the deal of the truck but they had no clue how to handle. We proceeded with the deal to get the truck sold with the agreement they would get it straightened out. 10 days later after reaching out my multiple times and going to the dealer twice I got some generic answers for pricing without them doing any research. Stephany the parts/service manager was helpful and got me the most accurate quote even it twice the hours to install from what Ford performance said. I sent them the communication between Ford and they disregarded it and made up there own labor install based on prior knowledge of having done it themselves. Additionally, there was a remote start issue with my truck they just pushed off too, They wanted to keep my truck for two days to figure it out after multiple times of asking them when I can get it in for a tech to look at. They never offered to give me a loaner and I figured it out myself after doing some research. I had to do a remote relearn because they swapped out the batteries in the key fob. Like I said they lied during the sale and told me this truck just arrived last week. After figuring out what happened with the remote start issues I figured that this had to sit for an extended period of time. I ran a vin check and this truck has been at this dealership since the end of last year. Sorry for the long story but I don't think I will not do business with this particular dealership again. On top of it all they messed up the payoff on my trade in and recalled the payment leaving me financially responsible/ potential credit hit because they submitted the wrong amount initially. More

Normally the service is ok but this time I had to wait for over three hours for an oil change. They said they didn’t have the type of oil that I needed.
