My husband recently purchased a 2026 Chevrolet Silverado from Big M Chevy. Steven was our salesman and he did and amazing job taking care of us. We traded in a vehicle that we purchased from them a few years ago, we were a lititle upside down but Paul helped us out to where a lot of the negative equity would not transfer over into the new loan. They knowingly sold me a truck with a stop sale recall from the manufacturer! Also with a bad transmission and leaking evap core. Refuse to be of any aid at all! Refused to let me return it in April!
