Big M Chevrolet

I bought this truck from Big M and was promised $9. 99 oil changes for as long as I owned the vehicle and kept the GoBigM.com sticker in the back window. It's still there but oil changes are approximat 99 oil changes for as long as I owned the vehicle and kept the GoBigM.com sticker in the back window. It's still there but oil changes are approximately $15 because they are "forced" to add an environmental fee and sales tax. Big M is losing money on every oil change, charging the difference to advertising/marketing because I'm driving around with the sticker, presumably telling everyone what a great deal I got. Big M should eat the additional loss, adjust their price so it totals $9.99 to the customer and keep their word with me, their customer. Instead, I'm driving around and telling people how Big M doesn't keep their (contractual) word. It's a small thing but if a company can't do what they say on something small, I'm not going to trust them on something as large as a vehicle purchase. As I'm repeating this story multiple times to your potential future customers, I wonder if it was worth it. More

I tried to buy a car during there Memorial Day sell where they supposedly saying they give $5000 more than your trade value but there is no way they did so I couldn’t get a decent deal done, my salesman was they supposedly saying they give $5000 more than your trade value but there is no way they did so I couldn’t get a decent deal done, my salesman was really nice but I feel the dealership didn’t live up to there ad. Because if they had there wouldn’t have been so much negative equity. There own trade in tool value my trade at almost $10k, so plus there $5k I should have been better off but no. More
