I recently purchased my first car and I couldn't have had a better experience. I got an amazing deal on a very good quality '99 Ford Taurus and was in and out of there with registration, inspection, and eve a better experience. Jerry was extremely personable, efficient, and helpful to the extent that he had called ahead to the insurance agency and set me up with the same broker the dealership uses. Eric went above and beyond in terms of service and making me feel very comfortable especially since he knew I was completely inexperienced in car buying. I also met Ron while waiting for the car to be ready, and while I didn't need him to take care of any business, he was extremely friendly. I was looking for a used car with high quality and was difficulty to me because I didn't trust many places that I visited. He introduced heself (Amed is he's name) he asked me what I was looking for and my conditions of payments and then he went straight to the right cars. Anyway, half hour later I was feeling confortable and almost ready to decided what car I wanted and was afordable. Next day I went back and I met Jerry and he gave my options of payments and immediately I felt "home" again. Jerry is very pleasant, friendly, profissional with positive atitude and for the energy at the place I trusted them and I had a wonderful deal and I left the place very satisfied and happy with a beautiful Rav4 toyota and I highly recomended to all my friends and family. I'm very happy with my car, best quality used car ever I got. I just wanna say thank you to Amed, Jerry, friendly Paula and all the team members that make Bezema motors a place that I can trust and more then that.. a place that made me feel home. The initial experience was awful. The sales man is a jerk and will say whatever will please you before he makes the sale then as soon as he takes your money it's all down hill. I had a few minor issues with the vehicle (windows, headlights, battery) that could be fixed in 1 visit but thanks to poor communication I was sent back and fourth about 6 different trips to finally have my car where it should have been to begin with. Only reason why the rating is still pretty high considering the awful sales experience was thanks to the rest of the staff and departments here at bezema. Charlie in maintenance was great and at the end of it all made sure the car was all set dispite the awful argument I had with the salesman who sold me the car that ended with the sales man cussing at me and hanging up on me. The body shop fixed the minor scratch the car got mysteriously while on they're lot without any issues. The staff here was very nice considering all the awful behavior I received from the sales man. Salesmen Ronny and Jerry I believe they're names were ended up handling any situations I had with my car after the blow out with the first salesman and they were very kind and respectful even after all the havoc and times I may have screamed at them in frustration. The business does seem to have a bad apple but over all they are good. They make sure everything is taken care of and made sure I always left happy. I would maybe buy a car here again as long as it wasn't from the same salesman. I would gladly give Ronny my business though, he is a very professional honest man. Maintenance and auto body shop are honest and great too. But stay away from the salesman with the first seat to the right of the front door haha. More

It spends 3 weeks in the shop and I was told by the staff that I would not be given a loaner car because they were not making any money off my repair. Three weeks after getting my car back it died AGAIN at a major intersection in morning traffic. It has now been in the shop for 13 WEEKS!!!! Excuse after excuse, we are short staffed, we do not have the tools on and on! I notified the Attorney General's Office, they ignored them. I now have to get a lawyer because my car is still in pieces in the shop not being fixed. I asked for my deposit back and they can keep the lemon. They ignore me. If you only knew how bad there service is,they are trying to become a high end dealership to hide there sleeziness! Fair warning, nothing but headaches! More

Although this dealership/showroom is old and run down, I dealt with a salesman in years past by the name of Tony that offered such great customer service, that we (myself and family/friends I refered) bough dealt with a salesman in years past by the name of Tony that offered such great customer service, that we (myself and family/friends I refered) bought about 5 cars from them in the last 10 years. My wife and I recently decided to purchase a third car as both of our vehicles are getting up there in mileage. We found a black Volvo on Bezema's website with low miles...we called and found out that Tony was no longer employed there and made an appointment with the salesman we spoke to. When we arrived, the car was parked right in front and we started looking at it when we exited our car. The salesman soon came out and we asked to test drive the car. He went in to get a plate and came back to tell us that his manager wants him to take some info from us before driving the car. We went inside with him and provided him with our basic info and a driver's license for them to make a copy. They then requested a social security # to run for credit approval...we then explained that we would like to drive the car first to decide whether we want the car and explained that furthermore, we may not want financing. The saleman went to sales manager yet again and this time came back with manager who very rudely informed us that we would not be allowed to test drive the car unless he can determine that we can afford the car and are willing to buy it today if we like it. The sales manager was very rude and abrasive from the begining and kept repeating that if we dont like the way they do business then we can just leave. I have never experienced such rudeness and would not recommend anyone go to this dealer. More

After extensive research, I visited Bezema in Norwood early last winter to test drive the Buick Enclave. He carefully listened to what I was looking for and took my needs into consideration even going as far as explaining that the model they had on the lot may not be the best match for us (he was right). He then went out and found us the perfect car- staying in contact when it proved more difficult to find. He was non-judgemental, personable, relaxed and knowledgeable. We had the most relaxed car purchase we've experienced and will absolutely return to Bezema for service and/or future car needs. We got a great price, excellent experience and left with exactly what we were looking for. And, everyone in the showroom/office was super patient with our 2yr old and 6wk old when we went to purchase the car! Highly recommend- much different experience than I've had at some of the "big" dealerships. More
