I have had a terrible experience with Bezema motors and would NEVER recommend anyone purchase a vehicle from them. I bought a vehicle from them 2 months ago and have had to put over $1100 worth of work in would NEVER recommend anyone purchase a vehicle from them. I bought a vehicle from them 2 months ago and have had to put over $1100 worth of work into it. The day after I left the lot my check engine light came on. Just found out the wheel hub(which they said they replaced!) was so bad that me and my children could have been killed if my tire had fallen off. I took it to them twice to repair and they told me nothing was wrong and talked me into leaving. Also they screwed up my financing and I found out my payments which are taken from my bank account directly were going to the wrong financing co.! They were also very rude and blew off my concerns and phone calls many times. Overall a horrible experience buying a car from them. Think twice before dealing with these people, they will SCREW you! More

Tony and Jerry were really great to work with, it was a no hassle sales experience, no hard sell, and they made everything easy for me. They took the time with me to explain exactly what I needed to do, and also understood that I did not have a lot of time to waste. Luke is one of the mechanics and he took the time to explain tire tread and break pads to me, something I have never seen a mechanic do (as a woman most mechanics dismiss me, not Luke, he was super nice). When I called to finish the registration process Donna was a very nice lady on the phone who explained exactly what I needed for my insurance company. I found everyone there to be helpful, professional, and easy to work with. I will continue to get my car serviced there, and I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone looking to buy a car. Oh - and my car is awesome, I love it! More

2 days after i bought my car it broke down on the mass turnpike. I was stranded on the side of the road. I called the dealer and was told this was my problem and that i had to deal with this. I had to limp my car to a rental in worcester mass. I was going to a surprise party for my mother's 90th birthday. After i got back to the rental agency in worcester. I had to have my car towed all the way back to to Bezema dealership. I was told that I would not be getting any money back for the rental or tow as this was not there problem. Three months later the transmission goes in the car. Also the wheel bearing had to be replaced. After i was told time after time that everything in the car had been inspected. Stay AWAY!!! nothing but headache since I bought the car. More
