I took my car there for maintenance so they had me make an appointment and bring it in I never received a call or anything about my car until the end of the day that they was keeping the car over night I w an appointment and bring it in I never received a call or anything about my car until the end of the day that they was keeping the car over night I was okay with that. 3 days later I had to pick up my car because it’s wasn’t being looked at so I called Amy and she told me that they where so behind in work, So I was like well then why did you guys had me make an appointment and bring in my car if you guys where busy??? Why, Waste my time and theirs. Now I have a GPS on my car and all type of others things on so I know when my car is being move or whatever because I own a Scatpack 392. So with that being said I kept on eye on it to see if there going to work on it like I was told but No there where going to hold it for another day so I told Amy that I was just going to pick up my car and taking my business somewhere else as I was on my way to pick up the car they wanted to start working on it and told me that it needed breaks and rotors I was like okay but I didn’t bring in for that. But whatever so I get home and checked the breaks and everything was fine nothing was wrong w breaks and rotor and I knew it because I was the one who installed them a few months ago. I don’t understand why they had to lie to me. But the most mess up thing about it that I purchase the vehicle from there. I just feel like they shouldn’t have lie to me and wasted my time. There bad for business if I was you I wouldn’t waste my time and take your business elsewhere. More
