Took 2 hours for an oil change after I specifically told them I was on schedule for a meeting. Every time I asked how much longer I was told they are almost finished. That went on and on. Then they left my truck dirty and all the service items still in the truck, didn’t reset my “oil change required “ on the vehicle so I had to return the next day. Came in for a check engine light for the 4th time. Still isnt fixed. Was offered a ride home and after 1 1/2hrs found my own. Was promised the car would be cleaned and it wasnt. Still isnt fixed. I was very well please how Joe Robson kept me abreast of the work being done and his ability to keep the cost down on my repair which is very important to customers today were in years past the prices of ca the work being done and his ability to keep the cost down on my repair which is very important to customers today were in years past the prices of cars and trucks and parts where not as high as they are today because of our economy. my experience was very good and a little bad. the service was very good...however the two service tech's did not have a very good handle on what they told me. cam was very good and helpful... b the service was very good...however the two service tech's did not have a very good handle on what they told me. cam was very good and helpful... but he told me my car repair would take 3days....my spark plugs would cost about $20 each....he also said that my warranty did not include rental car allowance...it did ... and then i didn't need it because kyle said my repairs would be a day or a day and a half.... i told him that i really didn't need a rental car then and that is when he told me he would have someone drive me home... he should have told me this sooner..... also, i kept getting texts from someone (i think kyle) that were going to the wrong person. he had me mixed up with someone else... i got a text that my car was ready.... the shuttle car picked up....(i didn't know that service was available and was going to get an Uber... glad i didn't) when i got to the dealership, kyle told me it would be a half hour.... so i waited.... he came to the waiting room to get me and when i showed him the text, he had me confused with another customer. my car was done so i waited for nothing.....he was very apologetic ....... but also the cost of the spark plugs were almost twice what i was told. kyle fixed that too! with all that said, i will absolutely come back to bettenhause for work and if i buy another car.. I think the employees need to listen to the customer. When she dropped the car they did not confirm a number and she waited the hour at Panera and then came back to the car not being done because they called the number that was 12 years old from a previous employer that should have been changed.
