This dealership gave me a 11:00 appt on Monday 7-13 and didn’t call me back till wed 7-15 at approximately 6:11pm to tell me the news on my jeep. That want to replace both rear axles and front brakes and r didn’t call me back till wed 7-15 at approximately 6:11pm to tell me the news on my jeep. That want to replace both rear axles and front brakes and rear brakes and 4x4 service. The one problem was $5282 for the problem I brought it in for. Cameron said hey the axle is $1700 a piece. Must be made of gold or titanium for that money. Then he said $695 to do the rear brakes because they get soiled when the rear seal leaks . Correct me if I’m wrong but you have to take off the brakes as part of the rear axle Kobe so why are you charging labor again for that function. You should only be charging the customer for the new brake parts that go into the job. And then another $600 something for the fronts. Most of the time when you spend that kind of money the dealer should offer a discount but none was given or even offered. I paid $225 for a car wash I guess. That’s the only good thing I have to say about this dealership.. You guys were very busy or short of mechanics or didn’t even want the job quoting numbers like$7034 More
