Took 2 hours for an oil change after I specifically told them I was on schedule for a meeting. Every time I asked how much longer I was told they are almost finished. That went on and on. Then they left my them I was on schedule for a meeting. Every time I asked how much longer I was told they are almost finished. That went on and on. Then they left my truck dirty and all the service items still in the truck, didn’t reset my “oil change required “ on the vehicle so I had to return the next day. Poor communication and customer service in my opinion More
