Terrible customer service if you have your car serviced. Don't return your call, never again! Service guy sends text for approval of work.car would be done on a Friday at 5. GIve authorization. Then call to check and nope part needed is on backorder. Might have it Monday. They couldn't find part only available to dealer no aftermarket. I found one not too far..as they said they wouldn't have one until now Thursday. I went and picked up part brought it to them. They were shocked. Now they said they have to put vehicle back in rotation. Ok... now they finally put it on. Call at 8 in the morning car would be ready at 11. Service guy says he has to do paperwork. We said fine be there at 1pm. Get there at 2:30.. service guy didn't do paperwork... said it would be a few more minutes as he was doing other paperwork. Are You kidding?? I've left out other details like our service guy never returned our calls.. went there and the service guy was xx chatting.. Then realized who I was. What a joke a waste of time. Never agian!!!! More
