The words "No" and "Can't" were not in Walter's answers to our questions, "I'll try" and "let's see what we can do" were his answers, showing a true commitment to customer service. Allowing a generous test drive after having some trepidation regarding a Volkswagon sunroof option, has spared us the "buyers remorse" as our Teguan is being prepped for delivery. More
My husband and I each leased a Jetta and it was time to upgrade. Two years ago both these men went out of their way to help us get a car that we could afford. We went back today and we got two more Jetta upgrade. Two years ago both these men went out of their way to help us get a car that we could afford. We went back today and we got two more Jettas, The dealership is so friendly and they do not make you feel like they are trying to slam you into a car. They truly want you to get a car you can afford and one you will be happy with so you come back and more importantly so you feel like you got your money's worth. After all times are tough for all of us and having a car you can afford and love is important. We went to almost every dealership in town when we first bought our cars and salesmen are notorious for ... well you know... being pushy. They were not at all like that. They were quick and efficient from the first to the last step of the process. We tell all our friends about them and about how much we love the product. It is cool looking out in the yard and seeing matching jettas. We will definitely be back when it is time to make a decision on the cars we bought today. Brian and Kathy Zell More
My VW Jetta was totaled last year and the prices went up. We were hoping to find a similar car and price. They had to get the car from a different dealership so they gave me a fully-loaded CC to drive until my new car came in. Everyone was incredibly friendly and when we actually went in to lease the car, I'd say we were there for maybe an hour or so before they had me on the road in my new car. From now on I'm extending them the courtesy of going there first. More
William tried very hard to get me the car I wanted in the color combination I wanted (it had been discontinued). Although I ultimately bought the car (the only one in the color I wanted was located 800 miles away), I would recommend him as a salesperson. He was well-informed, responsive to phone calls, and at no time put any pressure on me to compromise and buy a differnt vehicle. More

I brought it around to two places for estimates before bringing it to Berts, both other shops (which I won't give their names, I don't want to be a commercial) gave me free estimates of how much it would cost to repair, and both shops gave me the same diagnosis as Berts.....when I finally got to Bert's what did they charge me for an estimate? $100!! This is the second time they've charged me for estimates, the first was about a year ago. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE! There are plenty of shops around town that have better customer service and are actually in the business of fixing cars, not raking you over the coals for ever dollar they can get out of you. Save yourself $100 dollars get you car repaired elsewhere. More
I have had my pre-certified Z-4 in for service 2 times. After only 2 days, the convertible top did not even go down! I had numerous other problems that were listed, but not correct. As a result of it not being corrected, I was told I had to purchase two new tires and an alignment!!!!!!!!!!!!! I called to speak to the General Manager who "hung up" on me. Now, I ask...who wants to do business with an organization like that? Wish I had gone to Reeves. I had a friend who had aput a deposit down on a $56,000. car who canceled as a result of my dealing with them and their lack of service. Now I know why....the leadership. More
Negotiated the price. Next day came with a check for the car. To my surprise, there was a new price (sales manager increased the price by $3,500). They are liars & cheats. Drive the extra 30 miles to have your car serviced by Reeves. Left over 5 voice mails for Ram, the Service Manager, & never got a reurn call. Absolutely dreadful customer service. A very rude and arrogant salesperson. Seemed completely uninterested in my business. Could not be bothered to answer the simplest question on pricing. I stopped doing business with the dealership last month, 5 years and 4 BMWs later,as have a few of my colleagues. Since Nadar the Service Manager resigned, they keep replacing one manager after another and 5 years and 4 BMWs later,as have a few of my colleagues. Since Nadar the Service Manager resigned, they keep replacing one manager after another and these new guys just don't have Nadar's technical knowledge and customer handling abilities and simply just cannot get it right anymore. Same goes for the Sales Dept. since Rich left. The place has gone downhill since they replaced Mark Cobb whom I followed over from Reeves. Employees all seem really miserable too. Mr.Smith, its time to wake up and come downstairs,your ship is sinking! More
