Above and beyond in every way! The 2 recalls were finished in record time, upon my request, my car was washed, and the cherry on top was provided by your excellent manager. Surprisingly, all of the gas poured out, 4 times, 2 different stations. Never having experienced this, I went back to Berglund, thinking it had to do with one of the recalls. The manager took my keys, and unbeknownst to me filled up my tank, which apparently had been backed up with fumes. How many people would have done that....at no charge! I was amazed, impressed, and grateful that it wasn't a serious problem. A big thank you to all of you at Berglund! More
