Surprisingly, all of the gas poured out, 4 times, 2 different stations. Never having experienced this, I went back to Berglund, thinking it had to do with one of the recalls. The manager took my keys, and unbeknownst to me filled up my tank, which apparently had been backed up with fumes. How many people would have done that....at no charge! I was amazed, impressed, and grateful that it wasn't a serious problem. A big thank you to all of you at Berglund! More

All of my Lexus Service needs have been perfectly taken care of by the professionals at Berglund Toyota, even though I did spend some time in Northern VA where Pohanka Lexus was my nearest service center. Yet we moved back to the area one year ago and am happy with the Sales Staff and Service Personnel at Berglund. Customers will receive a great reception and greeting. And when you rest in the lounge area, the chairs, T.V. and Refreshments make the time pass quickly. Should the service take a bit longer, Berglund will give you a free ride and pick you up with a smile. I will strongly consider my next Automobile purchase from Berglund, whether a Toyota or Used Car. My sales person is John Fano who is the rock star of the Sales department, he will get you the best deals in town, just give John a call and he does all of the hard work for you. A+ Berglund, well done. More
2019 tacoma off road purchase I simultaneously communicated with five dealerships. I went with Bergland because of you're salesman Sam. He immediately sent me quotes. Three dealerships we're sending me quotes to vehicles I didn't ask for. One dealership had a manager who held his salesman back by not being prompt with the salesman. Sam jumped on it like he was hungry, and I appreciate that. My truck was somewhere in the neighborhood of five hours late getting to the dealership. Sam was hamstrung because he could not contact the driver. This made the whole transaction somewhat sour. Management did not work with him on this. Sam told us management would speak to us about it, but he never did. I did not appreciate that. I didn't want any free lunch, but you guys held me up for 5 hours, I missed work because of it. I shouldn't have missed work here. Joyce in financing was very helpful and very personable. I appreciated her professionalism and making me feel comfortable and aware of what I was looking at. Thanks Joyce. I give you 5 stars because of Sam and Joyce. The transaction was quick and smooth except for that 5 hour delay. There is no reason why me as a customer cannot have an exact ETA as to the arrival of my vehicle. The salesperson needs to have a direct link to the driver so that no customer will have to go through that again. That being said, minus the delay, it was a very pleasant day at the Toyota dealership. Good coffee too LOL. I feel like I got a good price on my truck and I'm very happy that I dealt with Berglund. I tell this story to everybody that asks. Except for the 5 hour delay Park. More
40,000 mile service I was disappointed this visit. I have the Toyota Extra Care pkg, but salesman overlooked, gave me a bill for 100.00 too much. In hindsight I don't thi I was disappointed this visit. I have the Toyota Extra Care pkg, but salesman overlooked, gave me a bill for 100.00 too much. In hindsight I don't think I needed the cabin air filter I was charged 50.00 for, it's interesting that the service personnel came out and asked at least 2 other customers waiting did they want a new cabin air filter. Coincidence we all needed same part? The salesman corrected the bill. This is just first time I felt like I didn't trust the dealership. Like when you go to the Jiffy lubes and they try to sell you everything under the sun. I rated price poor because I could have gotten the air filter and put it in myself for 25.00. More
