New car purchase I did my homework & picked out the car I wanted to buy. The next day I came in to buy it. Justin was my sales guy. He provided excellent customer service throughout the process. He even spent an hour in the car explaining all the features and electronics before I drove away. It was SO helpful!!! The only thing about financing is that it takes ALL day even with excellent credit and no haggling. I didn’t even test drive the car! It took forever for them to let me know my monthly payment but I was asked to sign contracts before that info was given to me. I kept having to ask. I didn’t understand why it took all that time, and did not enjoy meeting with the financial guy. He was fine, but I didn’t feel like he was completely honest or forthcoming . I was at the dealer from 9:30am until 3:30pm. My overall experience was fine except for the waiting! Justin was very friendly and attentive. I do love my new RAV4 Hybrid! P.S. Toyota advertised 0% financing or $3000 off sticker. The 0% financing was quickly explained as being a bad idea and to take the discount. Somehow it sounded right but not really, and I was not convinced I did the right thing because my interest rate is 5.45% and that’ll end up being more than $3000 in the end. More
