Unbelievable! I had viewed RAV4s online from 6 or 7 dealerships. I saw an LXE RAV4 on the Berglund Oak Ridge Toyota site that matched our requirements. When I arrived at the dealership the car had been sold. Though disappointed, I understood "the early bird gets the worm." However, before I could exit the showroom, Jamey informed me and my wife that he could find us a vehicle from another dealership and have it at Berglund the next day. No other dealership has ever suggested that kind of care and service. Not only did they give us a tremendous discount on a new car, but also a fair trade on our old RAV4. Long story short, Jamey did not disappoint. Not only was the RAV4 at the dealership to be picked up the next day, but Jamey walked us through all the gadgets on our new vehicle.
