He answered all of our questions and even puked the vehicle up under an awning so that we would not get wet while looking due to it raining. We.could not have asked for a better experience. Excellent Service Center but Poor Appointment Call Center This dealership has by far the best Toyota service center that I have dealt with in the last 15 years. The service representatives (Debbie V. and Sean B.)) are very dedicated and professional persons that places customer service as the top priority of Berglund Oak Ridge Toyota! That's why my wife and I drive from Roanoke, VA to Lynchburg with our two Toyota vehicles for all of our service needs. That being said, to get an appointment for the vehicles is a totally different and less pleasant experience! Customer service starts from the time someone answers a customer's phone call until they drive off the parking lot of the service facility. Perhaps my expectations are too high, but either they need a different call center or the call center needs different management! More
