I have purchased new fords and Chevrolet in the past but this was the smoothest purchase i had. This august my wife and i purchased a 2018 Camry. Jamie was our sales person and was ok. We started to walk out of the finance department,wish we had, after dealing with Joyce Whalen. She was very rude and demanding was the worst experience we have ever had. Now we are dealing with the Car itself which is the worst new car i have ever owned. I will never buy Toyota or Berglund vehicle again. This is after several good experiences so not sure what happened since 2014 but not going back after we finish with service on 2018 Camry. More

However, when I purchased my current van (2017), I gave them another chance and they had made a complete turn around. Service reps were very pleasant and helpful. I have experienced this type of service until yesterday. The gentleman that helped me never cracked a smile (don’t know his name) and the atmosphere was less than friendly. The crowning attitude was when the Service Manager walked out of his office and said he had to go to a “stupid xxx” meeting. There is only one young man that works in service who is always helpful, Randy Marroquin. He walked out to my van and showed me where to locate some sensors. More

He was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and patient throughout my entire experience of leasing my beautiful new Highlander. He left little room for questions because of his thoroughness in explaining almost every aspect of every vehicle that I entertained. I am a long standing customer of Honda an have bought all three of my previous cars from the same salesman in my hometown of Westminster, MD. I honestly never thought I would find a salesman quite as patient, kind, and “not pushy” as my Honda salesman. I was proven wrong very quickly in dealing with John. I would absolutely send any of my family, friends, or coworkers to work with him without a doubt! More
