Bad Business We traded a vehicle in on July 2nd, I placed a check into the sales managers hand to cover our new 2019 Hylander, we opted to transfer tags from our o We traded a vehicle in on July 2nd, I placed a check into the sales managers hand to cover our new 2019 Hylander, we opted to transfer tags from our old suv, on August the 19 we received our first & only call stating there was an issue with transferring the tags, the issue was resolved for the tags by myself on the following day, I called the salesman manager, I left a message to make him aware, no one returned our call, on August 22nd I personally went to inquire if they took care of the tags, they still had not sent them in, on sept 2nd the Bank we had the old vehicle financed with Called to report that the check for payoff on the vehicle was not received until August the 28th & that the remaining balance of $488 will go against our credit. This bank also reported speaking to Tabitha at Berglund on August 20th about not receiving pay from them and she gave a story of “the check from the credit union did not clear and she doesn’t know what happened”. Mind you not once did Berglund have the common decency to mention they had not paid the vehicle off yet or that the check supposedly did not clear. We have called, left a message for the Good morning! Love you all on yesterday, he did not return our call and we called again on today at 4pm to speak to the next in command.... she seemed not at all concerned and lacked internet or understanding. We have not received an explanation as of yet. I will not ever do business with again and I’d recommend that no one else does either...... once they have your money, you don’t matter and you end up getting the short xxxx stick More
