I had a wonderful experience at this dealership. I had to drive 3 hours because they were the only dealer that had the car I liked. They were very accommodating, not pushy at all, and super nice. Dealing with Ed Fuller and his Sales Mgr was a comfortable experience. At Crossroads we test drove comparable Volvos, Mercedes, and Infinitis before making our purchase. The customer-oriented service he provided was exceptional throughout. For example, when our purchase negotiations ran later in the day than we had planned, we signed a preliminary agreement and Marselle came to our house one-hour away later that evening to finish the paperwork, deliver the car, and pick-up our trade-in. The whole experience at Crossroads was positive from the facilities and cars to the personnel and pricing. We'd definitely shop there again. More
