This is the first car I've ever purchased from a dealer and I'm really happy to say I had an extremely positive experience!! Until now, every car I purchased was bought outright from the owner. I had always been a little leery of car salesmen but Dean was wonderful to deal with. I told Dean the reason I came to look at this car was due to the extremely detailed pictures posted on the Crossroads of Roanoke website. I was very lucky that he was the one to walk out and greet me because he happened to be the salesman that took the car in for trade. He was very knowledgeable about this particular vehicle, so I lucked out. He made me feel at ease. He is very friendly and easy to talk to. We had a few set backs and limitations (on our end) but Dean was understanding, accommodating, and great at following up with us. Dean took all of our concerns very seriously and he was great at selling us the vehicle without being pushy. Their computers & internet went down when we were trying to make the purchase. We made an appointment to come back next week but Dean called us an hour later to let us know the computers were back up and asked if we wanted to come back & get the car. We came back that night and they even stayed open late to finish the transaction. I really appreciate everyone hanging out for us so we didn't have to come back in next week. I'm extremely happy about the purchase and super excited to know that Crossroads does complimentary detailing. I will recommend both Dean and Crossroads to others in the market for a great vehicle. I stopped at Crossroads just to check out their inventory. When Crossroads pulled the carfax on the car which I owned at the time, I found out it had been in an accident suffering from structural d inventory. After speaking with the sales man for several minutes, the manager let me take the Infiniti for the night on dealer tags to ensure my safety in his car. When I returned the next day they did not pressure me into buying their car just reassured me that I needed a safer car than I was in at the time. They explained to me that if I felt the Infiniti wasnt right for me that was perfectly fine, and that they would be more than happy to find me a car somewhere else that met my needs. I ended up buying the Infiniti from them even though they were a little out of my price range. Paying more money a month for a car which I know I'm safe in, and knowing that they are honest people is deffinitely worth it. More

I had great service upon entering the dealership, meeting Jeff, looking at and test driving a 2009 Volvo XC90. I feel that I should have had recieved a better price on my trade in, or a better deal on the XC Jeff, looking at and test driving a 2009 Volvo XC90.
