Used car shopping I have been by the Berglund Luxury dealership many times in the past and basically looked and test drove a few vehicles briefly. She has been very willing to let me test drive any vehicle I would like and is also very responsive with answers to any questions I have had about the vehicles. Nice staff but problem still not fixed The staff are very nice and I believe they put in the effort to fix the issue. However, this was the 2nd time I took my car in for this same issue, a The staff are very nice and I believe they put in the effort to fix the issue. However, this was the 2nd time I took my car in for this same issue, and after having my car for over 2 months, the issue still persists. The issue is a rattling back-seat cupholder in my 2017 Volvo XC90 - which seems like a simple fix.. not like it's in the motor or electronics. At this point I just wanted my car back and will try and deal with the annoyance. It certainly doesn't help Volvo's brand that a brand-new car has a rattle that is obvious to everyone riding in the car. More
