Thank you for sharing your concerns. We understand that waiting for funds can be frustrating, especially when a lien payoff is involved. When a vehicle is sold with an outstanding loan, the process requires the lienholder to release the title after payoff is received. This step is completed by the lender and is outside of the dealership’s direct control. At the time of your transaction and during your follow-up contacts, our team provided accurate information regarding this process and the expected timeline, which can extend beyond the initial estimate depending on the lienholder’s response. Our records indicate that the required steps were followed and that updates provided to you reflected the current status at each point of contact. We certainly regret that the timing has been disappointing, but this delay does not reflect a lack of care or integrity on our part. We received the check yesterday, 12/18/25 and after speaking with those involved in your transaction, I understand that you picked your check up today. Please feel free to reach out if we can assist you further.
