truly made it personal. After having my vehicle serviced, I was almost home when my tire pressure light came on. I called Austin, and he immediately told me to bring it back so they could put it on the lift and check for a possible slow leak.
Unfortunately, I was leaving for Tampa after work and didn't have time to make the trip back to Palatka. What really impressed me was that around 5:30 p.m., right before closing time, Austin personally called to check on me because he noticed I hadn't made it back to the dealership. That level of customer service and genuine concern is hard to find these days.
Austin went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, and his follow-up showed that he truly cares about his customers long after they leave the service department. The entire team at Beck Nissan was professional and helpful, but Austin's personal attention made this a five-star experience. I highly recommend Beck Nissan for their outstanding customer service and commitment to their customers. Thank you, Austin, and the Beck Nissan team!
