Recent service was great BUT very unhappy that I have been waiting over a year for parts to fix my windshield trim We have had several appointments. Not understanding how a tire I bought previously from Beck couldn't be changed with the spare that came with the truck I bought; they told me the rim sizes were different, which then makes me question wh Beck couldn't be changed with the spare that came with the truck I bought; they told me the rim sizes were different, which then makes me question whu they sold me that tire and am I now driving with 3 tires of one size and one that's different...I have always had great service from Beck, and I get all my work done on my vehicle because of that, but this makes no sense to me More
