I particularly liked the valet service…much better than sitting at the dealership while they worked on my vehicle. Knew that I needed a new battery and they replaced it as well. You have got to be kidding me. The right side door lock actuator on the passenger door of my 2021 F250 stop working. When I got to your service department I was quoted a price of a The right side door lock actuator on the passenger door of my 2021 F250 stop working. When I got to your service department I was quoted a price of almost $800.00. I went on Ebay and purchased a Motorcraft part for $32.00 including express shipping and I installed it in 1 hour and 45 minutes. Why do you charge almost $800.00 I have no idea. Since I wasted 3 hours of my time from now on I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Getting screwed isn't my forte. More
