What more can I say about this dealership other than FABULOUS! I went in to see if I had won anything from the event promotion they were having. Wayne Fratassio was the one who approached me when I walk FABULOUS! I went in to see if I had won anything from the event promotion they were having. After we checked to see if I won one of the prizes that was offered, (bummer I didn't) I then looked and he must have known what I was thinking. He asked if I might be looking for a car. The way he asked was unlike anything I experienced at any dealership. He was not pushy, arrogant or judgmental. He was extremely sincere. I told him as a matter of fact I am looking for something used. I explained to him my situation to him and unlike other dealerships he made me feel very comfortable and assuring that he could help fulfill my need. We looked at one vehicle that I fell in love, however due to my situation and exhausting efforts by himself and Laura (the finance rep) I was unable to get that one. During their battle of trying get me financing there was another vehicle he had shown me the day before. Today, I called to see how things were going and Wayne expressed that he was sorry that he and Laura were unable to get the financing to meet my budget, he did say I was approved for the 2nd vehicle he had showed me and the payments were right in my ball park. WOW..both Wayne and Laura made a miracle happen for me. After being turned down so many times by other dealerships, there true efforts paid off. I drove off with my new car very happy and somewhat in disbelief this actually happened. They now have a customer that will keep going back over and over again. So in essence I really did win a prize. I would like to add a note to Wayne in particular, again "Thank you for serving this country, I am so proud to of had you as my salesman" You are awesome!
