We even explored my idea of buying a pre owned car of other brands.I decided to buy a new Nissan. They stayed within my budget, with no pressure to upsell and no backroom deals. All prices and information were on the table for me to see. When I decided to add several customized options, Erick made the phone call to obtain the installation price quote right at our table. Then he proceeded to still make everything fit within budget. My new Nissan was delivered on the day promised, with the customized work expertly completed. Kevin went over every feature and control. He then provides his customers with his personal cell number, so that even on his day off, or after closing time, he is available! Laura Tormey, business manager clearly explained all the additional warranty packages. My visit to Nissan of Bourne was stress free and provided exactly what I wanted. More

They were respectful of my time and situation ( my car of 6 mos old had just bee n totaled ) . They worked within my price range and DID NOT try and talk me into something else . I had tried to purchase a Nissan Murano for my wife,all seemed to be going well initially. At that point my wife went in to look at and drive the car which went well,she was pleased. I had recieved three price quotes all that were less then the Bourne dealership initially, then I mentioned that to Eric. He did respond with a lower price that still was almost $800. higher then my best quote.Next he offered a $700. additional discount Which left the margin minimal. However ,the actual point in the matter was huge ,ironically my neighbor bought a car their and said to watch out for yourself they want to trap you in the monthly payments.The sad thing is I live in Bourne More
First I know times have changed since I have been an autosales manager 25+ years ago but the one thing that has not people and how people are treated. I have sold hundreds and overseen thousands of autosales then moved on to construction sales. I personally bought 10 to 15 auto from dealerships.Fate would have it I came down with Illness which caused me permenent disability and lost 50% of income but still had 100% bills. After 3 years on disability ins. I had no choice bankruptcy did eveything to avoid. My wife drives 100 miles a day she works at VA hospital.Our 2009 auto approaching 100000 and not great gas mileage we knew we needed affordable suv with better gas mileage we could afford.I knew it would be an uphill battle to get financing at a decent rate and payment I can afford. First I look at dealers who owned multable franchises got approved at high cost and rate I refused and walk. Another dealer I made a deal,but because I caught salesman in to many lies and games even though it was decent not great deal I passed. There was one dealer north of Boston were very good but just to far. As for the other dealerships I was not going to be treated like I was no good because of my situation. Nissan of Bourne I contacted by email did not want to here games or bull. Tony who I met after a few emails I decided to go to dealership was postive refreshing experience my salesman and staff was professional listen to my position as far as my choice of vehicle, price, credit, and what payments I NEEDED and not trying to push more expensive suv or push me into lesser or older suv. The owner himself gave me the tour of their spotless state or art service dept.This showed me it did not matter if I had a dollar or a million each customer treated as valued customer. I have not pickup my Nissan Rogue yet I will pick up tomorrow. I gave review before I even pick up car that is how confident in the TEAM at Bourne of Nissan Thanks in advance More
Yesterday, end of year Nissan deals on television, I inquired at 3 location's[two were very nice this was the third] this being one of them. I simply asked if the Maxima in the ad had a sunroof ? However I recieve a long dissertation in referance to how fantastic the dealer is,which at this point I have no idea,however no answer,to my specific question.Later I recieve a non-professional response, in a negative manner. Also the man in question refered me to check out their store on your site.He has written me back on two occassion's immediately . As I stated to him he stated he was an authority figure at that dealer, and should no the difference between right and wrong. Thank you More
