So much that i drove 28 miles out to Nissan of Bourne, to at least look at the car before making my decision. Having had previously awful experiences at larger dealerships, I expected your typical aggressive, pushy attitude most dealers would give you. Upon browsing the lot, we were approached by Alan Devlin, and met with Erick Martinez, who i was previously communicating with over email regarding questions/concerns i had about the car. After taking the car for a drive, i knew that this was the car i wanted. The entire time Erick and Alan respected the fact that i was there for an Altima, Not once did they suggest something else, or try to push me on to a new car. I was very much appreciative of this. Now here's the catch. Someone had already expressed interest in the car but it wasn't 100% a done deal. Erick and Alan recommended that i too put a deposit on the car, in the event the previous customer decided other wise. The next day i received a call, and the car was mine. The car was competitively priced, so no change on asking price, but i did get a deal on certifying the pre-owned car, which made me content. I was able to drive away with the car the next day. The Staff: I dealt a great deal communicating with Erick, who was quick on replying to my questions. Alan handled the sale end of the deal. Alan has incredible knowledge of the cars he sells. When we first looked at the car, he was firing off all the little details that only someone who knew the car and what they were doing could tell you. They were also very transparent about sales and dealership related info, which is something you would absolutely not get anywhere else. I also dealt with Laura Tormey when i came to pick up the car, to square away the paper work. Like the rest of the staff i had dealt with, She too was incredibly polite and respective of my decisions, and did not push anything on me. Overall, these three were all respectable, knowledgeable, and friendly. Summary: I highly encourage anyone looking for a vehicle to at least check out Nissan of Bourne's inventory. It will be one of the best experiences you will ever get at a highly acclaimed dealership. The staff is knowledgable and experienced, but more importantly, they will respect what YOU want. This purchase and the experience was worth the 28 miles i traveled. More

Went to this dealer approximately 30 miles from our home with the intent of just looking at a Nissan Frontier they had posted online. This was the 1st dealer we visited so we weren't in any hurry to make a with the intent of just looking at a Nissan Frontier they had posted online. This was the 1st dealer we visited so we weren't in any hurry to make a purchase but with the truck being just as advertised, the salesman and sales manager being respectful and not too forceful, and the management willing to work with us on the pricing, we left with a new Frontier. Although I never really look forward to visiting a Car Dealership this was a surprisingly pleasant experience. I recommend this Dealership most highly. More

Erick initially quickly followed up on my internet question, and offered two used Sentras that I had asked about. I then visited and he pointed out that a new Versa was the same price. From the moment we first contacted Nissan of Bourne we were treated with respect. We found Kevin and Erick to be courteous and professional. They listened well and were not at all pushy. My experience at Nissan of Bourne was fantastic. Where do I start? We had just dropped our son off at the airport for a trip to Europe for 4 months. I was sad so my husband suggested we stop by the Dealership (is there any other?) to test drive the used M airport for a trip to Europe for 4 months. I was sad so my husband suggested we stop by the Dealership (is there any other?) to test drive the used Maxima I saw on their website a few days before. So we stopped in to talk to Kevin and learned that that car had been delivered that morning. Kevin then asked me if I was interested in a new Altima, and I said I was looking for a used Maxima specifically. So he brought me over to Tony where he asked me for my wishlist. Two days later I got a call from Tony, he said that he found my car. So the next day we went up to take a look at the Maxima he found for me, and it was everything I had asked for. So we went in to work with Laura on the financing and extended warranty information. Laura got me a great rate and an extended warranty that will give me piece of mind. I planned on picking the car up the following Wednesday, but the Tuesday before my current vehicle started misbehaving so I emailed Laura to see if I could pick the car up that afternoon. I got an email back saying that the car was registered, cleaned and ready for me to take delivery anytime I wished. So my husband and I went to get the car, and when I arrived, I was taken out by Kevin where he showed me how to work everything from the blue tooth and satellite radio to the different ways I can secure the trunk. This is our 3rd vehicle purchase, and I can't see why we'd go anywhere else. More
On a recent and lengthy trip home from vacation, we picked up our car at Logan and immediately knew that something was wrong. We could not drive the vehicle that way but couldn't figure out how to return the setting back to automatic. Being a Sunday, we weren't sure what our options might be for returning to the Cape. As we started a mental checklist of options, Nissan of Bourne topped the list. We called Nissan of Bourne, knowing that the Service Department would not be open, and hoping that someone else might be able to help walk us through what we needed to do to resolve the issue. Alan Devlin was our savior!!! He quickly identified the issue, walked us through the resolution, and got us back on the road. He was courteous, concise, and immediately able to talk these weary travelers off the ledge. He had us back on the road in less than five minutes. Alan is just one more example of why we continue to do business with Nissan of Bourne. Their knowledge, combined with a can-do service foundation, makes them second to none. I have never worked with such a phenomenal dealership. They continue to impress me with every interaction. More
I have purchased FOUR cars from Tony Provost and his entire crew at Nissan of Bourne, and I am a knowledgeable, intelligent customer. I am not picky but I want the most value for my dollar, and I want to feel as though the sales staff is REALLY listening to my requests. Erick Martinez and, ,most recently, Jeff Pierce are beyond helpful and accomodating. Erick has always attentive to what model might be just the one for me and has made sure the deal works. I have never felt rushed or PRESSURED ... in fact, just the opposite. This is a big part of why I return again and again. From the moment I walk in the door, where I now am on a first name basis with most of the staff, I feel welcomed, well informed and never talked down to. The service department is beyond professional and I have never had to wait for an appointment. Scott and Wayne and their crew in the back are great and always take the time to explain thoroughly what needs to be done ...some things immediately; other things which can wait ... so that I am not overwhelmed with repair bills all at once. Although the Murano's that I have had required very little beyond the scheduled maintenance. Everything about Nissan of Bourne, including the thoroughness of the financial department with Laura at the helm makes for a trusted dealership and I will return and refer other.
