I have never had a good experience buying a car and have never used the same dealership twice. This was my first experience buying my own car, all by myself, and Wayne made me very comfortable. Everyone there really went above and beyond to get me into a car that well surpassed the value and longev myself, and Wayne made me very comfortable. I admit, I had a few thoughts of doubt about the car and probably went in there a dozen times trying to get my car back and feeling guilty, but I am safer in this car, and happier too. I do a lot of miles (got my first oil change three weeks after I bought it) and I brought it right to Wayne in service. It was done quickly and washed and vacuumed for me too. I feel great knowing my dealership is so close and if I ever need anything Wayne is just a phone call away. Everyone here is so friendly, and they all know me personally (mostly because I brought my car in for something crazy and minor every day after I bought it for a week!) but they are all very welcoming and we have a great relationship. I can't say enough about the dealership, Nissan of Bourne is a place I would not only send my friends, but my family. And if this rating sends you to Nissan of Bourne, go see Wayne in sales and tell him Nicky sent you. He'll get a kick out of it. More
BILL was excellent - he was the person who called to suggest a trade-in. I had no intention of trading my wonderful '08 Nissan, but I did trade it for an 09 with fewer miles, and the same 'goodies' on suggest a trade-in. DAVID was the person who showed me around the lot and cars, there was nothing new that I wanted so someone suggested the red 09. It is a very nice car. David was the one who actually sold me on the car. LAURA is wonderful!! I have always hated talking with the 'money person' at any dealership, but every dealership should have a Laura! She is easy to talk with, adds humor and does her job with great style. More

To start, my father was previously driving a Hyundai Tuscon he purchased reluctantly at Route 44 Hyundai in Raynham , Ma. The sales staff there were incredibly pushy, and in my opinion, forced my father into a vehicle he did not want. The entire time my father had this car he was unhappy. A couple weeks ago, he received a mailed advertisement for Nissan of Bourne. Together, we decided to check out the lot, in hopes of having a better experience this time around. Let's just say, we are both quite happy we stopped by! Both my father and I were treated extremely well and secured a purchase on a brand new Nissan Rogue. The staff members were incredibly respectful, and closed the deal with virtually no pressure. The best part of all: my father loves the car, and can't stop raving about it! I cant thank the staff and management at Nissan of Bourne enough for turning such a negative experience around for the better! They truly went above and beyond, and we could not be more grateful. My experience with Nissan of Bourne couldn't have been better. Wayne and Bill were patient with my mother and I and gave us honest, straight forward information on the cars we were interested in. Bill called me to schedule an appointment and was extremely flexible with this, which made my life easier. I came in wanting a new Sentra and after test driving it, I was less confident about my choice. I test drove a used Altima and fell in love!!! Wayne was patient and very knowledgable with the car, as well as features. He explained the mechanics of the car in a way my mother and I were able to understand, which was fantastic. I test drove a Rogue next, but I had made up my mind on the Altima. It was the right choice. I am absolutely thrilled to drive it and love being in the car!! Working with Tony on monthly payments was easy and he explained the different plans I could choose dexpending on my down payment. I then went to work with Laura. She was so helpful and patient with me in selecting a payment and service plan that fit my specific needs. Like everyone else I interacted with that day, she was patient, friendly and knowledgeable. She made me feel at ease with the choices I made. I walked out of the dealership feeling amazing - I was ecstatic with my choice and the staff went above and beyond in my opinion. Two days after picking up my car, I received a call from Tony out of the blue, telling me I had won the special raffle promo that had been going on - a 55 inch flat screen tv!!! I could not believe it (I never win anything!) and I was even more pleased with my entire experience with Nissan of Bourne. I will send anyone and everyone to this dealer! My experience exceeded all expectations. Thank you!!!!!! More

We returned to Nissan of Bourne after having bought an Altima in 2005. The salesman was excellent in answering any questions that we had about purchasing a 2012 Altima. The newly remodeled showroom was Altima in 2005. The salesman was excellent in answering any questions that we had about purchasing a 2012 Altima. The newly remodeled showroom was very comfortable and bright and everyone was very friendly making the experience a pleasure. We are extremely happy with our new 2012 Altima. More
I purchased a used (2008) Rogue from Nissan of Bourne in November 2011. My first contact with the dealership was a "look around" just browsing and I met Vurlin and Tony. I told Vurlin exactly what I wanted, which was a fully loaded used either Murano or Rogue - color choice #1 red, #2 black or white. About 2 weeks later Vulin called and he had exactly the car I wanted - a 2008 Red Rogue - fully loaded - just beautiful! It had just come in on a trade-in from a woman who bought it there and bought another new car from them. They assisted with the financing, gave me a fair trade-in price on my car and a very fair price for the Rogue. They were friendly and instilled a sense of trust in them that made the experience feel very safe. I also purchased the extended warrantee for my peace of mind, which included "road hazard" on the 4 new tires that they put on the car before I took delivery. Since the purchase, I have had two reasons to visit the dealership before my first scheduled service. I scratched the driver's side door panel and was heartsick. I went into the dealership and Tony told me to bring the car in on Saturday and he would have Jimmy from Angel's Touch look at it and try to fix it. Jimmy got the scratch out and Tony said "No Charge, Judy". I couldn't believe it! Plus they vacuumed and washed the car. Last week I had a tire blow out when I was forced off the road, hit a curb and the front tire blew. The road hazard came in handy and I got a brand new tire- an identical Michelin replaced at no cost. They also discovered that the tire pressure gauge on another tire was faulty and replaced that at no charge (once again the warrantee) - again they washed and vacuumed the car! I also need to mention Laura Tormey, who does all the sales documents. She is a wiz! She's a true professional, knows her job inside and out and operates that printer with great expertise. She also instills confidence in the process that makes everyone feel very safe. I WILL NEVER BUY A CAR FROM ANYONE ELSE BUT NISSAN OF BOURNE AND I MEAN IT!!! More
