They gave me the best price for my new Sentra, and everyone in sales was very polite and professional. The owner, Tony, is great. It was clear he had my best interest in mind from the start, and made sure everything went as smoothly as possible. This was my first car from Nissan of Bourne, but it will not be my last. More

Always a good experience I have bought my past three cars at this dealership, which are Nissans, over the past 10 years. Always treated very well! I would never think to buy I have bought my past three cars at this dealership, which are Nissans, over the past 10 years. Always treated very well! I would never think to buy a car elsewhere. I also do all of my servicing there and never made to feel stupid or as though I'm being ripped off. To me this dealership offers the complete package. Where else can you get your car washed and vacuumed every time you go for service? I would recommend this dealership for sales and service. More

Bad Business I went into the dealer and bought a beautiful car, they insisted I sign the paperwork and drive home that day, I said no I will come in Friday. Frid I went into the dealer and bought a beautiful car, they insisted I sign the paperwork and drive home that day, I said no I will come in Friday. Friday my dad gave me a ride down their, we met with Laura, my dad asked to read the financial agreement, the sale price of the car was $1504.00 over MSRP on the new car, he asked why. Well you wanted payments of 340.00 monthly, with your $3000.00 down payment and there you have it, but your overcharging us for the car ? At that point there was no alternative offered, and I asked for my $3000.00 back, Laura stated the credit card machine was malfunctioning and I would have to come back. So we left ,no we are sorry ,no we made an error, nothing. During the whole initial visit, Tony the owner told me what a great deal I was receiving More
Worst Experience Ever I have purchased numerous vehicles and this was the worst car buying experience I have ever had at any dealership. The CPO Altima SV that I bought I have purchased numerous vehicles and this was the worst car buying experience I have ever had at any dealership. The CPO Altima SV that I bought was advertised by Nissan of Bourne as having the Technology and Convenience packages. In reality, what my car has is the Navigation and Convenience packages. When I went back to this dealership to solve this problem, the first explanation I got was, "that is how Nissan advertises it's vehicles." It wasn't their problem but NIssan Corporate. Then the next day, it was the mistake of their third party advertising company that they use. When you own a business, isn't it the owner who has the ultimate responsibility for everything that goes on in that business? I had repeatedly told the sales manager, Erick who sold me the car exactly what I wanted- a black on black Altima SV with the Technology and Convenience packages. He also thought that was what he had sold me - shouldn't you know what you are selling? On day three of being at this dealership debating this situation, Erick finally located a different Altima for me that had everything that was suppose to be included. Tony said that he would rip up the old contract and just rewrite a the same deal on this new car. When I went in to talk to Laura, the finance manager (who was very nice and very professional), I found out that they wanted me to pay $25 more per month and at a higher interest rate because the car was not a CPO. Why should I pay for their mistake? When I refused to do the new deal, Tony, the owner, threw the registration paperwork at me and yelled, "I am done with you!" Well, I am not done with them. I want to make sure that no one else ever has to be treated like I was at this dealership. What ever happened to the customer always being right and to treating your customer like gold? In conclusion, I got a car that only has part of the advertised packages, is vibrating when it idles (which I told them about and was ignored) and cost me just about the same price as a brand new one. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone. Buyer beware of false advertising, bait and switch tactics, blatant lies and unprofessional behavior. On a positive note, I have found a wonderful Nissan dealership in N. Dartmouth that has corrected my concerns. I will be having my car serviced there and will buy my next Nissan there.. More
Have bought 3 cars from Tony. He has always treated me and my wife with respect and understands that people don't want to pay for something that they don't want. Every time I go there for service he alway and my wife with respect and understands that people don't want to pay for something that they don't want. Every time I go there for service he always takes the time to say hi and speak with me for a few moments. Be straight up with him and he will work with you he's not like other car dealers who act like the typical car dealers. I have alwAys been happy with the price we have received from Tony. (I research on Kelly Blue Book). After you buy the car the dealership employees are fantastic. The service department has Wayne who is fantastic. He tells you straight how much and then calls you if it is going to cost more. Other dealers in my past replace parts that weren't needed. The mechanics know their stuff also. The oil change service is great as the vacuum and wash your car. More

This review is focused on the problems experienced with the business manager who is in charge of the financial aspects of the transaction when purchasing a vehicle at Nissan of Bourne. The vehicle I chose was priced competitively and the sales team of Erick and Alan were professional and friendly to deal with. The car is having problems passing inspection but I have been told this is a temporary issue due to the car’s computer system needing to reset itself. I am giving the dealership the benefit of the doubt as far as this goes and will bring the car back in next week to go through the inspection process again. If it doesn’t pass the 2nd time I will have to discuss this further with the dealership. Although I was paying cash for the vehicle I purchased, I met with the financial person to discuss purchasing a Security Plus Extended Service Plan offered by Nissan through their Certified Pre Owned (CPO) program. When I met with the financial person we discussed the programs through the Security Plus program and I chose a plan that was the best match for what I was looking for. The Security Plus programs are offered directly from Nissan. I was given various forms to sign as the business manager stated briefly what each form was for. I trusted what she was telling me. When I picked up the registration for the car I was handed an envelope with the paperwork inside. I reviewed it once I was at home. To my disbelief I had not been enrolled in the plan I had agreed to, the plan administered through Nissan’s Security Plus program. Instead I had been enrolled in a program affiliated with All State Insurance administered by a company called Pablo Creek Services. I immediately called All State to find out what I needed to do to cancel this. I then contacted Nissan of Bourne as they were actually the ones who had to contact All State to void the contract. I continue to be very upset by what happened. Although I have reached out to Nissan the business manager denies any wrongdoing and instead says I am the one who is confused. She has told me so many conflicting things at this point I don’t hold out any hope of her acknowledging the truth. I am definitely not “confused” as to the service plan I requested and agreed to. I know I only asked for information regarding Nissan’s Security Plus program. Part of the information given to me when I purchased the vehicle mentioned the plan as it is a benefit of the CPO program. The business manager claims I signed a form that includes the word All State. If this is true, my signature was obtained in a deceptive way when I was signing the various forms she asked me to. There was never any mention of All State when we met and I certainly would not have agreed to any plan other than one backed by Nissan. I have made the owner of the dealership aware of the way I was treated but he has chosen not to respond. Be very careful if you purchase a vehicle at the Nissan of Bourne dealership. Read all of your paperwork carefully and refuse to sign the forms until they are completed. The staff at this dealership initially come across as very friendly but they do not have your best interests at heart. Do not be as trusting as I was! More
