Poor business I went to Nissan of Bourne to show my wife the new additions that I was told they made to the Murano. The salesperson that was helping us did not know I went to Nissan of Bourne to show my wife the new additions that I was told they made to the Murano. The salesperson that was helping us did not know,he referred us to the owner, Tony Provost who did not know either. As I stated I did not have this information, so I was looking for it. Well let me tell you at that point I saw the sales person get berated aswell as a very condescending attitude towards myself and my wife. Poor business judgement. More
I was treated like family I have never owned a Nissan, but decided to look at the Rouge. I had also visited two other dealerships that same day, Nissan being my first. At the end of the day, I decided to go back to Nissan for one last drive. Corey remained the same cheerful, and extremely helpful, person that he was in the morning. Everyone there, regardless of their position, was friendly and took special care with my four year old grand daughter, who accompanied me on the day I signed the final papers. I have also had a couple of calls to make sure everything was well with my vehicle. Very considerate. I will recommend anyone I know that is looking for a car to visit Nissan of Bourne. Thank you Corey, Laura and the entire team, for a wonderful experience. More

This must be where car salesmen got their bad reputation! My vehicle experienced an issue with the electrical system, which prevented all of the controls for the radio, heater, and driver panel to function. I dropped my vehicle off to be repaired at the dealership on November 18, 2014. I was given a rental to use until the issue was repaired. I was told it could be anywhere from 3-10 days. After 2 weeks at the dealership with no communication from the service department I was informed the wrong part was delivered and the correct part needed to be ordered. A week after that I called again to check on the status of my vehicle because no one from the dealership had kept me informed, only to find out again the wrong part was delivered. It was finally determined that the vehicle was non-repairable and Nissan Corp started the process to have the vehicle repurchased or replaced. The dealership refused to return my calls or answer any questions stating I needed to deal directly with Nissan Corp because I filed a claim to have the car replaced. In January I called the dealership to see if they would upgrade my rental to something more comparable to the vehicle I was paying a lease on. The answer was no and Tony, the owner told me he was not dealing with me any longer. He stated he has already wasted nearly 100 man hours on the attempt to repair my car and he was done having his time wasted. On February 18th I received a call from Jackie in the service department who stated she was canceling the registration on the rental they gave me and reporting to the police that I have stolen the car if I did not immediately return it. I explained to her I have not gotten my replacement car yet but as soon as I do I would return the rental. She said I had till Friday to return it with no exceptions. It is now February 19th, 3 months and 2 days after leaving my car at the dealership to be repaired. I brought the rental back today and was told by Nissan Corp to collect my old vehicle to take to the new dealership I am now using, when I went to collect the vehicle the front end had damage which appears to have been hit by something. When I pointed out the damage I was informed they will take no responsibility for it and that the damage was already there when the vehicle arrived. I know the vehicle was not damaged but sadly cannot prove it. This dealerships owner and several of its crew are among the most dishonest people I have ever encountered. More

I'll never go ANYWHERE else AGAIN From initailly walking on the lot to driving my new vehicle off the lot to servicing it there to this day.
