I purchased a vehicle from Nissan of Bourne a few days ago. This review is focused on the problems experienced with the business manager who is in charge of the financial aspects of the transaction when p ago. The vehicle I chose was priced competitively and the sales team of Erick and Alan were professional and friendly to deal with. The car is having problems passing inspection but I have been told this is a temporary issue due to the car’s computer system needing to reset itself. I am giving the dealership the benefit of the doubt as far as this goes and will bring the car back in next week to go through the inspection process again. If it doesn’t pass the 2nd time I will have to discuss this further with the dealership. Although I was paying cash for the vehicle I purchased, I met with the financial person to discuss purchasing a Security Plus Extended Service Plan offered by Nissan through their Certified Pre Owned (CPO) program. When I met with the financial person we discussed the programs through the Security Plus program and I chose a plan that was the best match for what I was looking for. The Security Plus programs are offered directly from Nissan. I was given various forms to sign as the business manager stated briefly what each form was for. I trusted what she was telling me. When I picked up the registration for the car I was handed an envelope with the paperwork inside. I reviewed it once I was at home. To my disbelief I had not been enrolled in the plan I had agreed to, the plan administered through Nissan’s Security Plus program. Instead I had been enrolled in a program affiliated with All State Insurance administered by a company called Pablo Creek Services. I immediately called All State to find out what I needed to do to cancel this. I then contacted Nissan of Bourne as they were actually the ones who had to contact All State to void the contract. I continue to be very upset by what happened. Although I have reached out to Nissan the business manager denies any wrongdoing and instead says I am the one who is confused. She has told me so many conflicting things at this point I don’t hold out any hope of her acknowledging the truth. I am definitely not “confused” as to the service plan I requested and agreed to. I know I only asked for information regarding Nissan’s Security Plus program. Part of the information given to me when I purchased the vehicle mentioned the plan as it is a benefit of the CPO program. The business manager claims I signed a form that includes the word All State. If this is true, my signature was obtained in a deceptive way when I was signing the various forms she asked me to. There was never any mention of All State when we met and I certainly would not have agreed to any plan other than one backed by Nissan. I have made the owner of the dealership aware of the way I was treated but he has chosen not to respond. Be very careful if you purchase a vehicle at the Nissan of Bourne dealership. Read all of your paperwork carefully and refuse to sign the forms until they are completed. The staff at this dealership initially come across as very friendly but they do not have your best interests at heart. Do not be as trusting as I was! More
What a wonderful dealership! My mom's car was stolen and we had no key to get into it after it was recovered. Everyone here was wonderful..they took care of us as soon as the car was towed. We were able to pick the car up mere hours after the towing company delivered it. There was trash in the car from the thieves and a man who worked there took it and cleaned it out and vacuumed it as soon as he heard my husband and I remarking on the garbage the thieves had left in the car. We were not regular customers and they were absolutely awesome. Would definitely go to this dealership again. Recommend it highly More

He indicated that the car was acquired at an automobile auction, by his dealership, personally I had just been threw an unfortunate circumstance locally, however a truthful one. Mr. Provost stated that he acquired the vehicle from the car auction directly from Mercedes, with the research I had done, along with the feedback from another Mercedes dealer, they assured me that could not happen. I contacted Mercedes financial with the identification numbers and they knew of the car, but stated they NEVER owned it, so obviously could not remarket that vehicle. In order to purchase a Mercedes at said location YOU MUST BE A FRANCHISED MERCEDES DEALER, which his agency is not, Mr. Provost can only acquire previously cars owned by Nissan or from other dealers but nevertheless he insisted that he bought this vehicle directly from Mercedes. My point being, he was not being truthful to the consumer and I'm sure he was completely aware of this knowledge the entire time. I came in looking for my first car and was greeted promptly. I explained what I was looking for in a car and was shown multiple cars that met my qualifications. Erick and Kevin enthusiastically helped me find the perfect car for me, and when we found it they explained every feature to me in detail leaving me with no questions. Kevin then took me on a test drive making sure I was able to test every feature the car had to offer. There was never any pressure to buy the car, like you often find with car salesmen. There was just information portrayed to us in a fun and exciting way. I decided to purchase the car and Erick, Kevin, and Laura worked quickly to make sure everything was done to make sure I could drive it off the lot that day. This was a great experience, and after visiting multiple dealerships around Cape Cod in the past week this was by far the best experience I had. The car was priced well too, it was about 3,000 less than the same exact car was at a different dealership. I highly recommend this dealership and this team of people. I truly felt like a customer and not just another sale to them. More
I brought my Nissan in due to the fact I was concerned with the way my brakes were reacting. Later that day rec'd a phone call stating that my 56,000 mile car would need 4 rotors, 4 brake pads, 4 new cali with the way my brakes were reacting. Later that day rec'd a phone call stating that my 56,000 mile car would need 4 rotors, 4 brake pads, 4 new calipers and the brake line fluid changed and blead. I asked the expense then told $4216.00 plus tax, at that point I asked them to stop all work and I would pick up my car . We all some where have our own mechanic I figured I would bring the car to the dealer for this due to my safety concern. However , my own source looked at the car and determined the brake lines need to be blead and that would be the cure. At the expense of $312.00 and I was on my way. Ironically I was warned by a colleague prior to my Nissan visit. More

Since I was purchasing the vehicle during a holiday weekend Laura contacted me to make sure she was available to process the paperwork and get me into my car when it was convenient for me. Kevin showed me the car, answered my questions and brought me on my test drive. The entire process was not only painless, it was enjoyable. Absolutely no high pressure sales tactics just great staff helping me buy the car I wanted. More

My car had been totaled so I needed a new car ASAP. I called Nissan of Bourne and spoke with Erick Martinez on a Saturday afternoon and Erick was very confident that he would be able to help me. They were closing in 45 minutes but he told me to come over. When I arrived he was waiting for me and he introduced me to Rick Kelley. Rick showed me a few cars and I told him I would be back at noon the next day to drive them. I was researching Nissan online so I was late because I wanted to run numbers. Rick called me at 12:30 to see if I was coming in. I was 1/2 a mile away and I was impressed that he followed up with me. I arrived and told Rick which car made the most sense to me and he brought me to the vehicle right away which was lucky for me because another sales person was looking for the keys for his client. I loved the car and told him that I wanted to buy it. Laura Tormey had come in on a Sunday to speak with me and she said that she may be able to get me better financing. I told her that my credit had been run by many dealerships and I was not optimistic. Laura called me on Monday morning at 8:00 am asking for a pay stub and within less than 30 minutes she called and offered me a better rate and term through Rockland Credit Union. I was thrilled. She told me the car would be ready for me and asked when I could come in to pick it up. I arrived an hour later and the process was streamlined and I was in my new car and out the door within an hour. The next day I noticed the front end was a little off and I called Rick. He made arrangements in Service for my car to be looked at the next morning at 8:00 am. My parents brought in my car and they dealt with Wayne. Wayne was very professional and he looked at all four tires then balanced them and corrected the problem and sent my parents on their way. I am extremely impressed with the professionalism, customer service, kindness and teamwork of the people I worked with at Nissan of Bourne. I would recommend them to anyone buying a new or used car. I am truly impressed overall. Thank you to Nissan of Bourne for helping me out and for not making me feel badly for my less than perfect credit. I was treated with respect and kindness and I truly appreciate that. More

After dealing with the horrible service at Sullivan Brothers Nissan in Kingston it was well worth traveling the extra distance to visit the good people at Nissan of Bourne. I couldn't have asked for a better experience... and they even washed my car for me. More

From looking online at the Nissan Altimas to calling and speaking with Erick on a Sunday afternoon, I was spoken to with respect and honesty, no back and forth on price just straight talk with no surprises. Monday I was given a ride to the dealership by an employee of Nissan and became quite happy with the vehicle I had been looking at online, financing -thanks laura, and the attention to details about the vehicle by Kevin and Erick. I drove away with the new Altima with no headache and a smile on my face. I wish businesses would take a hard look at the way Nissan Of Bourne does it all, and keeps happy customers. More
