If I could rate them 0 stars I would. Please do not ever use this dealership especially if you are a women!! They are a joke! Went in for a simple oil change and tire rotation, they charged me twice for a t use this dealership especially if you are a women!! They are a joke! Went in for a simple oil change and tire rotation, they charged me twice for a tire rotation but were “nice enough to take one charge off” they changed my break fluid and didn’t tighten it so they let me drive home in my odyssey with a 4 month old baby with no break fluid. They came and picked my car up and left me a 2 door loaner car (family of 6, seriously?) they broke a light on my car, after claiming it wasn’t there fault. Refused to refund me after the JOKE of a mechanic xxxxed up. Kept my car over night with no communication whatsoever. Kevin Johnson the “sales manager” is a RUDE xxxxx covering for his sexist salesmen! I will never ever ever ever ever use this place! They refused a refund even after HIS MECHANIC xxxxED UP!!!!!!!! But boy did they suck up trying to clean my car but I just had it detailed. Kevin told my husband I dealt with a women in which he lied, I was helped my a man who couldn’t even put his phone down to help me. That man needs to be FIRED!!!! More
Horrible experience for this 1st time buyer **PLEASE BELIEVE THE REVIEWS!** I did not. I also waited to write a review because the most recent manager I dealt with already showed disdain for me **PLEASE BELIEVE THE REVIEWS!** I did not. I also waited to write a review because the most recent manager I dealt with already showed disdain for me and my situation and I feared retaliation while my vehicle was in their care. That is how crazy this was. I purchased a used vehicle from the dealership and signed paperwork for scratches and dents they were going to fix. So the the 1st time I go and drop it off and get a loaner and come back the vehicle was not even worked on (even though I was told it was ready and all the work had been completed) but they did swipe some paint on the back (literally one stroke that is not dry). I speak to a manager, Jim I believe, he comes out to the vehicle and lets me know the guy who paints was having issues because of raining and I could come back the following Thursday and they will outline the messed up parts and get everything taken care of. I let them know I am having surgery that day and he says drop it off on the Monday or during the week before surgery and they will work on it. I do that. I get a message that Friday and am told the car is done but now there’s a flaw in the front, but they think they can buff it. Okay. I obviously can’t move and my parents work so I notify them (the dealership) to let me know when the paint is done we will come switch the cars (mine & loaner) then. I come with my mother who drove because I wasn’t cleared to drive. The flaw, that was supposed to be corrected, is not. I point out the flaw and am told “well we can’t see it from back here”. And? Then I’m told "well go pick out one of the new cars and it will just be an extra $7,000 - 8,000". No, I want the car I purchased and I JUST want the work that was promised during purchase to be completed but every time my car is at the dealership it is further damaged (1st time door scratched 2nd time large indentions on the front bumper (the flaw)) the manager (not Jim and not one I have ever dealt with, but I did not catch his name) says "It's my first time seeing the car. How do I know it wasn't already there?" Okay? I call over the lady from customer relations and ask if it was there. She says, "No, it wasn't there because not to be rude but she is picky and would've wrote that down or pointed it out before." He then tells her she can go back inside, she does. I am now kneeling on the ground holding a pillow against my incisions looking at the scratch that he (manager) believes I created while I didn't have access to the vehicle for 2 weeks. Then the church next door catches on fire (sirens, planes, smoke) and he uses this time to slip away and pushes me of on one of the salesmen. I am then told if I wanted a perfect car that I should have bought a new one. I don't want a perfect car because I know it is used. I really just want the work promised completed. That is all. I then ask for the manager to come back outside and he is visibly annoyed. So am I because my just purchased vehicle has been with you all for 3 out of 4 weeks it has belonged to me. He then says, "We are not going to put any more money into your car" and I remind him the flaw was created in their care and they need to correct it. He then says verbatim, "I don't have time for this, I have more important things to do" I ask him, "more important things to do?" he says "yeah I have more important things to do" while walking away from me back into the building. I tell him to just go if that's the case. I notice I am bleeding from where my 3 incisions meet. My mom says lets just go. I tell her no I want them to keep their word. I am told, not by the manager (please remember he had better things to do), to come back the following week. My mom brings it back to them because I am not cleared to drive yet. I get no notification of anything so she heads back up to the dealership later in the day so that we can make sure to give them back the loaner as soon as my car is done. While sitting there for a while she runs into a friend who also has a wonderfully horrible story of how her daughter was treated (I will put that at the bottom). After a while my mom is notified that they can't do what was supposed to be done so it needed to be sent elsewhere. Why did it take close to a month to do so? I could've had my car back, corrected, if this was done the first or even the second time. My mother heads back to get the car and finally after several weeks, reopened incisions, and being dismissed the car is done. I really do not understand. Do they believe I wanted to get over on them? How? What does painting the bumpers, while not damaging the car further, hurt them? I paid for it and had all the work initialed by the manager on duty when the car was purchased. So I do not understand the reasoning behind being treated as if I was being difficult. ***If you want to fight with a dealership who is supposed to be "honest", doesn't care about customers, and does not want to do as promised then shop here. If you want to actually have people do right by you the first time I would suggest you go elsewhere!*** The daughter of my mother's friend purchased a car, brand new, from them also. The car rattles as soon as it's in her care she took it back several times. They kept saying it was fixed but was not. They became dismissive and she just decided to live with it. That's how this dealership treats people and she bought a new car like I was told repeatedly I should've done if I wanted a perfect car. If that's their idea of perfect then I don't want it. It truly does not matter how good a salesperson is if the management is horrible. (Not the 1st manager because even though he was busy and actually completing paperwork he still came outside to look at the car and address my concerns) More
I had an amazing experience purchasing a car here! My salesman, Gary Marker, was kind and patient and let me test drive as many cars as I needed to find the right one. He had a list of cars ready for me salesman, Gary Marker, was kind and patient and let me test drive as many cars as I needed to find the right one. He had a list of cars ready for me after I gave him my needs and wants, but also let me walk around the lot and see what was available. We looked at each car’s Carfax and he let me sit and look up reviews of the few final cars I narrowed it down to. I never felt rushed or pushed to make a decision which is so nice while car shopping! Definitely go see Gary! More
I would give zero stars if I could. I bought a 2020 Honda Odyssey there last week. The next day I noticed a blemish on it. I wanted to just exchange for another vehicle. The general sales manager Mo refused. Odyssey there last week. The next day I noticed a blemish on it. I wanted to just exchange for another vehicle. The general sales manager Mo refused. I made it very known this is what I wanted. He did fix the issue but I was completely done with it. He also accused me of causing the issue and said it wasn’t there when his people checked car over. I certainly did not cause any issue to it. Now I just really want my down payment back and to be done with Battison. I don’t want their name on anything I own. Customer service is of upmost importance to me and Battison is sorely lacking. I am now trying to sell the 2020 Honda Odyssey I got there last week. More
This dealership answered all of my questions without giving me the run around. They quoted me a fair price for the new vehicle they were selling and for what my trade in would be. Battison was my back up option. I called about a used Honda Civic. The salesperson, Adriana, said there were people interested in it. I wasnt sure if she was just saying that, but when I stopped by to ta Honda Civic. The salesperson, Adriana, said there were people interested in it. I wasnt sure if she was just saying that, but when I stopped by to take a look at it that evening, I found out it had been sold. So, I knew she wasnt just bluffing! Adriana showed us around the lot when coming by. I decided on two models for me and my wife to try. Several things impressed me about this. First, I said I was only interested in looking, but there was no pressure to talk about financing. I was taken directly to the car lot. This smacks in the face of the highly unprofessional salespeople at Jim Norton down the street, who tried to argue with me that paying more interest in the long run was a good idea before even letting me look at their selection. Second, it was very cold outside and I could tell our salesperson was struggling against the elements but still more than willing to show us around. The staff had the car warmed up for us when we drove them. Third, she told us about any issues we might have with either car that would be addressed when it went through inspection I decided on a 2014 Honda Civic. I came by the next evening, and Adriana stayed several hours late to work out the sale. The day I ended up picking up the car she had the service center go back and work on something that had been overlooked. They replaced a driving belt. The car was working fine. About 10 days later the check engine light came on although the car didn't seem to have any issues. I brought it into the service center, and they told me it was a faulty sensor and the part was being ordered. You have a one month period to bring the car back for any necessary major repairs they can do for fun free. I felt the financing department could have been more clear about certain things. I thought I needed to have my income verification in before I could drive the car off the lot (the issue was switching to a new job and not having that first pay stub generated). This may have been me not understanding things clearly from them. But everything worked out fine. Adriana was a great salesperson for me and also a good advocate with the whole process. I never felt she was trying to sweet talk me or push anything weird on me. I couldn't recommend her highly enough. More

It goes a long way that someone reached out to be to correct the situation. I still would not recommend my specific sales associate (Adriana), but the dealership as whole seems to care about their reputation so I'm hopeful that others will receive a great car buying experience! Worst Customer Service I was given my car (the day which I had agreed I would pick it up) on empty and was told they would fill it up., Now I'm told they don't fill up gas t I was given my car (the day which I had agreed I would pick it up) on empty and was told they would fill it up., Now I'm told they don't fill up gas tanks on used cars (no matter what dealership ever dealership should give you your car with a full tank of gas). Also I was clear in my communication on when I would come in, fill out paperwork, and pick up my car then I get a call on the holiday asking where my financing check is...well per my previous email I'm dropping it off Tuesday like I communicated to my dealer Adriana. They apologized but this was not communicated to them... Now I'm told that I have 30 days to report anything wrong with the car and for $100 they will replace it (anything but body damage). Even received an email from the dealing saying it "should be covered" and conveniently I call and it's not. I would never recommend this dealership, it's close to my work and convenient and that it the one benefit to using this place, but I would never willingly do business with them again. More
Dishonest just to get car sold Battison Honda in OKC sold us a used Honda Odyssey under false pretenses. It had been in THREE wrecks of which TWO of the airbags had deployed. It's o Battison Honda in OKC sold us a used Honda Odyssey under false pretenses. It had been in THREE wrecks of which TWO of the airbags had deployed. It's on the car fax and we found this out when we went to trade at another dealer. We let Battison know and they emailed asking us to come in so that they could "try to make it right." This turned out to just be a ploy to get us to come buy another vehicle that they could stack the $8k of negative equity on top. The manager was incredibly degrading and patronizing toward us and I left in tears. Please beware of this dealer. More
