What a disappointment your service department is. Doubt if I’ll ever buy a Honda from you again. We have had multiple times of battery being drained fir over two months. Brought the car in to be hooked up if I’ll ever buy a Honda from you again. We have had multiple times of battery being drained fir over two months. I purchased a used vehicle from Battison a month ago and decided I would wait till I cooled down before writing a review. The sales person was so arragant. After doing a lot of waiting around and insisting that he get me my keys back so that I can leave, he starts telling me that he has two other buyers coming in an hour to look at the vehicle and that I only want to get another vehicle due to mine having a lot of problems with it. My Vehicle had a hundred and ten thousand miles on it and had nothing mechanically wrong with it. Yes it had some cosmetic things, but that was it. I purchase the vehicle and on their We Owe note he insists that I go to the Ford dealership due to it supposedly still being under full warranty and tells me it has X amount of warranty left from manufacturer. I later found out that was a lie. A manager never once came to meet me. I am 48 years old and have never had a sales person be so obnoxious and treat you like they are so superior to you in a buying situation. Robert (sales person), if you read this, the only reason for buying from you was due to this being the vehicle I wanted. If I was not buying used and not having a large selection to choose from due to Covid, I most certainly would have went elsewhere. Worst experience I have ever had! Go purchase a vehicle from another dealership, because I do not see a future for this one. More

This purchase just confirmed to me that Honda sales people seemingly regardless of the dealership are bottom of the barrel. The two Hondas I've purchased (both used and new) were both met with lies, deception, and in the case of Battison, complete lack of knowledge on how a brand new Honda Civic actually works. Absolutely incredible that Honda has such low standards for it's sales personnel. I strongly recommend anyone to stay as far away from Battison as humanly possible. If you want a car that they have so badly, I firmly recommend you build it and wait. It will be much less stressful in the end and you'll be guaranteed a actual brand new car. More

I talked to adviser which she don’t work for the company anymore Courtney and explain my situation with my vehicle. So the gave a loaner car after I had to drop my vehicle for diagnosing . With pandemic car it should been cleaned and at least in good condition, the car she gave me it was stinking from dogs being in there and hair all over the car inside. After they called me couple hours later she said they did not found anything wrong with my cat and keep insisting that should look more to it and find the problem. Later that day almost 4 PM after second call I went and pick my vehicle and talked to advisor about the problem and she said that did not find anything wrong with vehicle beside maybe the tire noise. I was mad because eather did not check the vehicle or refused to fix it, or very poor of knowledge of technician . So I made another service appointment with different dealership I am not going to say which one because I am not writing this review about good dealership but about this poor service dealer knowledge and unprofessional service people and especially service manager Mike. So other dealer asked about the issue, I told them the problem they checked the car the found the problem and called me later they said they need to keep the car for a day at least because they don’t have the parts in stock. Long story short I got the car and the problem it was fixed. So I live 2 hours awsy from OKC and while I was driving back home as soon as I picked up my vehicle I called BATTISON HONDA to complain and asked for SERVICE MANAGER. So I told him my whole story about 10 min on the phone. 5 min later he called and told me that he was logged in to the system and I never took the car to other dealer to get it fixed. I got really mad because that statement makes me a liar he did not called me a liar but in the same way he said my car last time it was at that dealer when I bought it in 2017. I have on my hand both paperwork from both dealers with dates and history worked on it. So instead apologizing to me or offer anything to gain a customer back and get better to the problem he did not believe to my statement. But I will prove you wrong Mike if you like to see those documents. More
Probably should have looked at these reviews before I got a car there... The salesman I dealt with was very friendly and I have absolutely no problem with him. The problems happened with the higher up employees. The sales manager agreed on a deal and then backed out and then told me he would make the deal but when I came back he asked for more money. When I got back to the financial department the man that I dealt with added on several items without telling me. I didn’t even realize they had been added on until I looked at the paperwork later. They charged me 500 for fabric protector spray and added a warranty without even telling me there were different options. And he added it without telling me but I caught that one before it made it through. I still paid for the warranty it was just the way they went about everything there. He took advantage of me because I was a first time car buyer and he knew he could. (I’m also a woman) My family and I will not be buying any future cars from Battison Honda. Also, rating the people with 5 stars because they aren’t the people I worked with and I don’t want to jeopardize anyone’s job that I didn’t work with. More

I am GRACIOUSLY giving this dealership a 1 star rating. I am out of state buying a car. I was told that the car was in impeccable condition by 3 different people... Joseph, Marcus and Thai. All 3 of these me am out of state buying a car. I was told that the car was in impeccable condition by 3 different people... Joseph, Marcus and Thai. All 3 of these men LIED to me to make a sale knowing I was buying the car sight unseen!!!! They even lied on the bill of lading which also read that there were ZERO imperfections on the car! When the car was delivered there were around 15 LARGE spots the size of the palm of my hand where the paint had oxidized and was totally peeled off!!! There were dings on the trunk, the brakes need changed immediately, the gas was on empty. After 6 hours of BEGGING someone to help with this situation, I've only been totally ignored. I've reached out to sales manager MO several times only to have him dodge my calls. Save your money.... buy from a dealer that has integrity because this one doesnt!!! I cant even get a phone call back! The most helpful person in this entire situation was the receptionist who answered the phones! THIS HAS BEEN THE MOST HORRIFIC CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!! Went in for a simple oil change and tire rotation, they charged me twice for a tire rotation but were “nice enough to take one charge off” they changed my break fluid and didn’t tighten it so they let me drive home in my odyssey with a 4 month old baby with no break fluid. They came and picked my car up and left me a 2 door loaner car (family of 6, seriously?) they broke a light on my car, after claiming it wasn’t there fault. Refused to refund me after the JOKE of a mechanic xxxxed up. Kept my car over night with no communication whatsoever. Kevin Johnson the “sales manager” is a RUDE xxxxx covering for his sexist salesmen! I will never ever ever ever ever use this place! They refused a refund even after HIS MECHANIC xxxxED UP!!!!!!!! But boy did they suck up trying to clean my car but I just had it detailed. Kevin told my husband I dealt with a women in which he lied, I was helped my a man who couldn’t even put his phone down to help me. That man needs to be FIRED!!!! More
